Alien Agenda: A New Race

Several of the following transcripts have been discussed in previous collections in various other contexts. This is because many of the subjects covered so far are intimately connected, such as underground bases, “alien” abduction, “hybridization,” and the alien agenda.

While hints of reproductive procedures and interests were present in abduction accounts from the very beginning (in the case of Betty and Barney Hill), by the 1980s such details became more pronounced, in addition to features like missing fetuses and the presentation of hybrid babies and children to abductees. Paul Bennewitz, for example, was convinced the aliens were “making humanoids” using the biological materials collected during abductions.

Ann Druffel comments on this period in How to Defend Yourself Against Alien Abduction:

These accounts gradually led to claims by abductees that a hybrid race was being produced to take over the earth, either because our planet was due to suffer a catastrophe in the near future that would wipe out existing human life, or, alternatively, because the aliens were from a dying planet and needed a new home on which to survive.

The first reference to a “new race” came in the first Cassiopaean session:

Q: (L) Bob Lazar referred to the fact that aliens supposedly refer to humans as containers [according to one of the briefing documents he read at Area 51]. What does this mean?

A: [Fragmentary answers have been stitched together.] All are containers for later use. 94 percent of all population will be consumed for ingredients – total consumption – i.e. used for parts for a new race. […]

Q: (L) How can humans be used for parts?

A: Reprototype. Vats exist. Missing persons often go there and especially missing children. […]

Q: (L) What is the purpose of this project?

A: New life here.

In 1994, Karla Turner published Taken. In it, the abductee “Pat” recalled a “tall White” scraping skin from her inner forearm and the bottoms of her feet with a “file-type instrument,” as well as clipping her hair and peeling samples from her fingernails:

“What do you need all those pieces of me for?” she asked.

We are making a new you, the entity replied.

By 1995, as a result of his decades’ long study of the Betty Andreasson case, Ray Fowler felt he had determined the alien agenda, writing in Watchers II:

Such articles as implanting monitoring devices, using punch biopsies, taking scrapings from fingernails, tongues and skin, obtaining urine and feces samples, and performing body and mind scans, seem to be related to our physical health as part of a selective breeding process.

Are UFO abductions and animal mutilations the visible tip of environmental monitoring and breeding programs? Are such programs being carried out by intelligences who are dependent upon us for their survival in a humanoid form in another dimension—a paraphysical symbiosis?

Q: Why do we need to know these things?

A: Very big effort on behalf of Orions and their human brethren to create new race and control.

According to Christa Tilton, abductee Myrna Hansen got the impression “that these aliens want to control Earth.” (Both Tilton and Hansen saw the above-mentioned “vats” during their abduction experiences.)

Q: (L) Do they [the “Orions”] want human bodies as hosts?

A: Some. […]

Q: (L) What are they using our energy and bodies for?

A: Create a new race. Theirs fading out. […]

The idea of a fading alien race is common to both alien abduction accounts and earlier faerie lore. In Passport to Magonia, Jacques Vallée quotes folklorist Edwin S. Hartland, who wrote in 1891: “The motive assigned to fairies in northern stories is that of preserving and improving their race, on the one hand by carrying off human children to be brought up among the elves and to become united with them, and on the other hand by obtaining the milk and fostering care of human mothers for their own offspring.”

In 1973, Betty Andreasson was told the aliens were doing what they were doing because the human race would become sterile, due to pollution, bacteria, and other factors. She attempted to repeat the language she had heard, something along the lines of “the paragenetic will utilize the tissue and nutrients to […] transform the creature.” A bit later she tried again, saying: “They said they utilized the blood and tissue and nutrients that are there and the form and the fetus for the growth of the new creature […] they keep seed from man and woman so the human form will not be lost.”

In 1988, Virgil Armstrong wrote: “This aberrant civilization realizes it is on a path of self-destruction and is about to become extinct.” They “worship ‘divine materialism’” and are “handicapped by their lack of spirituality,” and for this reason need us. (He also thought humans were used as a source for “spare parts.”)

Leah Haley was told at some point prior to 1991 what they were doing: “Trying to improve their race. […] They’re using the eggs. They need them.” Fowler quotes Dr. Michael Swords’s theory that the Grays represent a future, neotenous human form. According to this early version of the extratempestrial model, the Grays have “a need to revitalize and expand a future gene bank.” As Fowler speculated, with reference to the UFO/NDE connection: “they come from where we are going.”

Q: (L) We were here first!

A: So were insects. Grays now want your planet. […]

Q: (L) What kind of people is this being done to?

A: Low-level humans.

Q: (L) What happens to the high-level humans?

A: Some will survive.

Q: You say that there is an effort on the part of these beings to create a new race. Why do they want or need a new race?

A: Theirs no longer satisfies them.

Richard, the intelligence officer involved in the Linda Cortile case, wrote to Budd Hopkins with his impressions of what the aliens are lacking: “those bastards gave us the impression they thought they were better than us! To us, they are the lower form of life and they know it, too. Why else would they be cross-breeding themselves with us? Yes, they’re advanced all right. But what good are brains if there is no heart?” Some years before this, Virgil Armstrong speculated that the aliens “were using humans to regain that which they had lost; their humanness, which included emotions.” More recently, Dr. Bruce Rapuano shared similar thoughts: “I actually feel a little sorry for the little humanoid aliens. […] Their existence appears to be one without comforts, pleasure, the enjoyment of any culture that arises from the stimulation of the five senses, or diversion of any kind.”

A: And those who are described as the Lizards have chosen to firmly lock themselves into service to self. And, since they are at the highest level of density where this is possible, they must continually draw large amounts of negative energy from those at the third level, second level, and so on, which is why they do what they do. This also explains why their race is dying, because they have not been able to learn for themselves how to remove themselves from this particular form of expression to that of service to others. And, since they have such […] a long period of time remained at this level and, in fact, become firmly entrenched in it and […] increased themselves in it, this is why they are dying and desperately trying to take as much energy from you as possible and also to recreate their race metabolically.

Q: (L) Well, if we are sources of food and labor for them, why don’t they just breed us in pens on their own planet?

A: They do.

Q: (L) Well, since there are so many of us here, why don’t they just move in and take over?

A: That is their intention. That has been their intention for quite some time. They have been traveling back and forth through time as you know it, to set things up so that they can absorb a maximum amount of negative energy with the transference from third level to fourth level that this planet is going to experience, in the hopes that they can overtake you on the fourth level and thereby accomplish several things: 1) retaining their race as a viable species; 2) increasing their numbers; 3) increasing their power; 4) expanding their race throughout the realm of fourth density. To do all of this they have been interfering with events for what you would measure on your calendar as approximately 74 thousand years. And they have been doing so in a completely still state of space-time, traveling backward and forward at will during this work. Interestingly enough, though, all of this will fail.

Q: (L) For what purpose are they trying to decide which is the best receptacle, the clone or the twin? Receptacle for what?

A: Future project [to] switch physical realities.

Q: (L) And who is going to switch physical realities? Are they going to enter into bodies they have prepared for themselves and force human souls to enter into their bodies?

A: No.

Q: (L) They are going to enter into the bodies themselves so that they can switch their reality?

A: Yes.

Q: (L) So, they are preparing a bunch of soulless bodies into which they can enter in themselves?

A: Will try.

In 2009 Sean Casteel wrote an article (included in Tim Beckley’s anthology on the Dulce base) including fragments of an interview with paranormal researcher J.C. Johnson, who told him:

“You have to realize […] that they came here in spirit form, and they’re probably going through all kinds of bodies. They want to design something that they can be comfortable in and do whatever it is they’re going to do. They can pop right in. […] ‘I’ll bring a half dozen of my buddies and we’ll share this human hybrid. It has no soul in the first place, so we become all that this working piece of flesh is.’ So that would allow for possession.

“Imagine,” he added, “if you could create something without a soul and just occupy it. I’m sure that’s very convenient for them. To get around and do what they have to do.”

Q: (L) Who was Arajuna [?] of Tiwanaku?

A: […] we believe that you are referring to one of approximately eight hybrids that ruled the area currently referred to as Central America, hybrids being a 4th-density to 3rd-density transfer experiment from the Lizard race to the human race, which was abandoned after approximately 240 years of experimentation by the Lizard beings due to the lack of success for sustaining physical duplication or reproduction of the race. It was one of several attempts by the Lizard beings to directly transmit their souls into 3rd-density environment for permanent placement there. And, of course it is no longer perceived as necessary by them because their intention is to rule 3rd-density beings in 4th density when they arrive there.

Q: (L) What do these guys plan on doing [in the underground facilities in Antarctica]?

A: This is where “the master race” is being developed.

Q: (L) David Jacobs says that producing offspring is the primary objective behind the abduction phenomenon. Is this, in fact, the case?

A: Part, but not “the whole thing.”

Q: (L) Is there another dominant reason?

A: Replacement.

Q: (L) Replacement of what?

A: You.

Q: (L) How do you mean? Creating a race to replace human beings, or abducting specific humans to replace them with a clone or whatever?

A: Mainly the former. You see, if one desires to create a new race, what better way than to mass hybridize, then mass reincarnate. Especially when the host species is so forever ignorant, controlled, and anthropocentric. What a lovely environment for total destruction and conquest and replacement… see? […]

In Them (2023), Strieber titles one of his reader case studies “A New You,” which he summarizes as being “about the creation of a clone of the witness, or perhaps the gathering of genetic material to put into a gene bank for later use.” From this and other cases, he sums up the overall situation:

1. Efforts are being made in different ways to sample us, even possibly to recreate us [“reprototype”?]. Artificial and managed birthing through the use of sexual material and re-creation through cloning would appear to be methods being employed.

2. Large-scale activities are taking place involving people—ordinary humans—who may or may not be consciously connected with our visitors. […]

He continues: “I dimly recall asking the old lady of Communion what I could give her. She responded, ‘Child, what could I possibly want from you?’ That is to say, she lied. Now that we know that our visitors are engaged in creating human bodies, or gathering biological material from us that gives them the ability to do so, and also that they seem to be able to move souls in and out of bodies, it is necessary to consider that they may want bodies that work like ours but that belong to their race and contain their souls.”

“Maarit,” in Eve Lorgen’s Dark Side of Cupid, said:

My physical existence offers an opportunity for the aliens to make genetic surveillance in a multigenerational way. When I say genetically modified, it is my understanding that this means an alteration of DNA so that the nervous system modified with alien DNA – and energetic body as well – can sustain the alien consciousness because only this kind of consciousness can make a hybrid body functional, per se. […] Draconians need the hybrid bodies to be used as containers for consciousness, because only a vibrant soul-matrix can reinforce manufactured hybrid bodies.

Hypnotherapist and abduction investigator Yvonne Smith quotes an abductee, Mary Palomar, as writing: “I get the feeling that they are trying to manipulate our genetic material to create bodies fully adapted to our planet but which can also house their own kind of consciousness, their souls, if you will. They are trying to create a body into which both species can incarnate and express their own styles of consciousness.”

Q: (L) [The intergenerational nature of abductions] seems to suggest that there is a particular bloodline that is susceptible to…

A: We have told you before: the Nazi experience was a “trial run,” and by now you see the similarities, do you not?

Q: (L) Yes, I do see…

A: Now, we have also told you that the experience of the “Native Americans” vis-à-vis the Europeans may be a precursor in microcosm. Also, what Earthian 3rd density does to Terran 2nd density should offer “food for thought.” In other words, thou art not so special, despiteth thy perspective, eh? And we have also warned that after conversion of Earth humans to 4th density, the Orion 4th density and their allies hope to control you “there.” Now put this all together and what have you? At least you should by now know that it is the soul that matters, not the body. Others have genetically, spiritually and psychically manipulated/engineered you to be bodycentric. Interesting, as despite all efforts by 4th- through 6th-density STO, this “veil remains unbroken.”

Q: (L) Now, the big question is: what are we supposed to do with this information?

A: As with all else, it is not what you should do with it, it is just that you have it.

Q: (L) Is there any possibility of defeating the plans of the 4th-density STS in this project?

A: Is there any possibility of defeating the Spanish Conquistadors and the English, French, Dutch and German “colonists?”

Q: (F) Did they say what I think they said? (L) Yes. That is inexpressibly depressing.

A: And you expected a rose garden?

In Taken, Karla Turner recalls a message she was given, accompanied by a repetitive and detailed explanation of its meaning. It was a retelling of the story of Esau and Jacob, in which Jacob acquires Esau’s birthright through deception. Leah Haley shares a letter she received from Turner, containing the same material:

They told me not to focus on the biblical story per se, that their message had nothing to do with the actual Jacob and Esau, but that the story was meant to teach me an important message about what the ETs are doing to humans, both in the past and in the present. […] Esau, the older and hairier brother, represents the original human species on this planet. Jacob represents the product of ET genetic manipulations of that older species. The ETs produced this new variant and then used it to replace the original species. […] In the current situation, the ETs are once again doing genetic alterations of our species and are once again trying to come up with a variant to replace us. And again it will be attempted through deception. The deception is being carried out by the ETs manipulating global events (including weather) to make us believe that the planet is in imminent danger of cataclysm and destruction. […] They want us, as a species, to be so afraid of this upcoming destruction, that when the ETs show themselves openly and offer to save (at least some of) us, we will be willing to take their help, even if it means giving up our birthright, so to speak, which is control of our planet, of our destiny, and of our race.

Q: (L) Do the aliens know about the upcoming comets and all that sort of thing?

A: Yes.

Q: (L) And they have the idea that what they are doing – this race they are creating – is going to survive this cataclysmic activity?

A: Of course.

Q: (L) Is that “of course” as in they are going to survive, or that they believe they are going to survive?

A: Both.

In other words, they may not be lying about future cataclysms, but they plan to exploit them for their own ends.

As noted in the undergrounder and abduction series, David Jacobs noticed a change in abduction experiences starting around 1998. Abductees increasingly reported being “given new, additional duties […] implementing ‘The Change’.” He started hearing accounts of “hubrids” in the early 2000s. Yvonne Smith also noted a change starting around 2010. She estimates that some 70-80% of experiencers began feeling an increasing sense of urgency, confusion and unease, as if they are supposed to do something or will have “a role to play in future events.” Others were conscious of specific future roles, e.g. disaster response, assisting alien disclosure, “exposing the secrets of world leadership groups, and educating post planetary changes leadership.”

They were also receiving messages about planetary destruction and catastrophes and “what we are doing to ourselves and what we are doing to each other.” Similar messages of generalized concern have been common for decades – scolding humanity for pollution, warfare, and human rights violations – but now they were coming more frequently, dealing with specific warnings, and more urgent in tone (“time is running out”). Whereas in the past experiencers “were given the impression that there was still time to change the trajectory,” now the messages are “geared towards ‘damage control,’ rather than changing our outcome.”

Whether this new emphasis is taking the place of the “Hybrid Program” or merely complementing it, remains to be seen. […] Past messages were conveyed mostly to the subconscious to be revealed at an unknown later date. The current messages, for the most part, are being consciously remembered now, not later.

Scenes are projected onto a wall or images placed in the mind of explosions, atomic bombs, tsunamis, floods, diseases, large cities underwater, infrastructure destroyed—the whole post-apocalyptic nightmare scenario. […] They are told they are being prepared for something. They have a job to do. They have recurring dreams of a vast armada of UFOs covering the sky, of leading large groups of people somewhere. They don’t know where, or why. But when the time comes, they are told, they will know.

These messages and visions are conveyed by three methods: on virtual-reality screens on ships, through neural engagement (“mindscan”), and non-local “downloads.” Linda Napolitano (Cortile), for example, saw three possible disasters: “1. An attack – chemical, biological or nuclear. 2. A weather catastrophe – earthquake or hurricane. 3. UFO disclosure in an unusual way, which may cause panic, and rioting, but I’m not sure if the disclosure will be authentic.” She leans toward number 3.

Mary Palomar received messages like these: “The United States has just ended,” “The American project is over,” “Where can we move the project now?” Alfonso Martinez shared these thoughts with Smith:

I have concluded that we are very quickly going to experience the beginning of the end. The saddest part of the whole thing is that it is not set in stone. We can choose another reality; all of us, but we are sheep. […] I suspect that some of us that are spiritually awake, may be harvested and integrated by other life forms. The majority will continue on the path to an unimaginable destruction. The ones that blossom later, will become seeds for the future generations.

A: We wish to review some things first. The concept of a “master race” put forward by the Nazis was merely a 4th-density STS effort to create a physical vehicle with the correct frequency resonance vibration for 4th-density STS souls to occupy in 3rd density. It was also a “trial run” for planned events in what you perceive to be your future.

Q: (L) You mean with a strong STS frequency so they can have a “vehicle” in 3rd density, so to speak?

A: Correct. Frequency resonance vibration! Very important.

Q: (L) So, that is why they are programming and experimenting? And all these folks running around who some think are “programmed” could be individuals who are raising their nastiness levels high enough to accommodate the truly negative STS 4th density – sort of like walk-ins or something, only not nice ones?

A: You do not have very many of those present yet, but that was, and still is, the plan of some of the 4th-density STS types.

Q: OK, last session you brought up the subject of frequency resonance vibration. You suggested that there are certain STS forces who are developing or creating or managing physical bodies that they are trying to increase the frequency in so that they will have bodies that are wired so that they can manifest directly into 3rd density, since that seems to be the real barrier that prevents an all-out invasion – the fact that we are in 3rd density and they are in 4th. Now, I assumed that the same function could be true for STO individuals. It seems that many individuals who have come into this time period from the future – coming back into the past via the incarnational cycle so as not to violate free will – have carefully selected bodies with particular DNA, which they are, little by little, activating so that there 4th-density selves – or higher – can manifest in this reality. Is it possible for those energies to manifest into such bodies which have been awakened or tuned in 3rd density?

A: STO tends to do the process within the natural flow of things. STS seeks to alter creation processes to fit their ends.

One of Marden and Stoner’s subjects, “Audrey,” recalled asking why a particular machine had been put on her neck: “They said that they were altering or activating her DNA and doing something pertaining somehow to enlightenment.” The researchers and experiencers who take a positive view of aliens and abduction interpret this in a particular way. In their 2017 book, Chosen: From the Alien Hybrid Program to the Fate of the Planet, Yvonne Smith and James Lough cite researchers like Mary Rodwell, Barbara Lamb, and the FREE study:

Upgrades, hybrids, new humans, indigo children and other positive efforts are being made to help us survive and ascend. They see the alien program as benevolent and helping us reach a higher level of existence and prevent destruction of the planet. […] [Rodwell’s book The New Humans] details how children are born that exhibit extraordinary abilities and claim to work with aliens. They claim to have been “upgraded” and are here to advance humanity. […] Many now believe that the hybrids now consist of humans who are being “upgraded” with DNA adjustments to help with our ascension to a higher level of consciousness.

Q: (Foofighter) I am interested in how the 94% of the population being used as containers or parts for a new race relates to the comment that “all of this will fail.” How can those two things happen at the same time, or are they mutually exclusive?

A: Just because 94 percent may “die” does not necessarily mean success for STS forces. The energy of “containers” can be utilized positively or negatively. Also, notice that the plans were revealed prior to the efforts of the present company. Remember the flapping butterfly wings.

Q: (L) So, they want a slave population, they want soldiers, they want maybe bodies that they can incarnate into themselves?

A: Yes. All that and more.

Q: (Pierre) For this purpose, they’re trying to fine-tune and select the proper genetics of human beings – to design the best vehicles?

A: Yes.

Q: (L) I was reminded when I was thinking about all of this postmodernism and this Jungian business about something that was said in a session back in 2002 or 2001 or whenever – it was about frequency resonance vibration. And then there were mentions in the transcripts about frequency-resonance robots and frequency-resonance pied pipers. Basically, then it was said that the plan was to get bodies to resonate in such a way that 4D STS could download directly – if only temporarily – into this reality. So, is that what is happening with a lot of these groups of leftists and postmodernists inspired by Jung and the postmodernist philosophers and sociologists?

A: Indeed. But do not get misled by labels because the right has similar tendencies.

Q: (Joe) In terms of downloading or getting possessed by something or other, you’d imagine that that would be facilitated by someone who willfully asserts or accepts that they have no fixed identity. You’d think an impediment to something taking you over would be a strong conviction that you have a strong identity from a sexual or cultural basis.

A: Recall the context of the “Pied Piper” remarks.

Q: (Joe) What were you saying about the Pied Piper? (L) The Pied Piper remarks were made in the context of my kids specifically, if I remember correctly. […] The Pied Piper is the story where he makes a deal that he’ll get rid of the rats if they pay him some money. After he got rid of the rats, they didn’t pay him. So then he used his flute that he previously used to get rid of the mice or rats to lead all the children away. The mountain opened up and he took the kids into the mountain and they never came out again. I thought that was pretty creepy.

Session May 21, 1997

Q: […] I had a terrible dream of a person trying to break into my house… that [my youngest daughter] had followed V. out, and I had to get her back, and this put me in danger. Then, I was afraid that he was going to start trying to kill us while we were in the house by shooting through the walls. Ark, Frank and Tom did not seem to be quite as alarmed as I was. I woke up with my heart nearly beating out of my chest and covered with a cold sweat, and somewhat paralyzed. I recognize this sort of dream from before. Was it just 1) a dream, 2) a warning, 3) a screen memory of some other event? It was very frightening.

A: Choose selection two above. Always be aware of your significance as the possessor and potential purveyor of unusually high-level knowledge store. And, what that means to those who would prefer that it not be.

Q: Is there more I could do in terms of protecting my children? That is where I am most vulnerable and I am not sure that they understand the seriousness of the situation.

A: What do signs keep telling you? Who took what positions and behaviors in the dream? Well?

Q: Yes… I realize that it was because of going out to do something ordinary… not thinking… while Ark and Tom and Frank were distracted… and I was just concerned about A.

A: And what role did V. play?

Q: I see. Like the Pied Piper?

A: Or maybe programmed decoy, due to FRV [frequency resonance vibration]? […]

Q: Is there any danger to A. and J. with these kids and church people they have been around the past few weeks?

A: What do you think?!? It is a vulnerable age for anyone, much more so for the children of one on path to super consciousness, and in contact with those who provide advice and data…

Q: (L) Are they using them [German “Missing 411” victims] to build new bodies?

A: In some cases and also for growing spare parts for repairs.

In Taken, Turner speculates on the nature of the “clones” reported by so many abductees. What she says correlates with things the C’s have said about the topic, including the above-mentioned FRV “robots”:

But by far the most alarming evidence of alien technology concerns the “new” bodies and “clones” they manufacture. Whether these are really bodies for a future human “resurrection,” as Pat was told, remains to be seen, for other explanations have been given. In a case privately reported, for instance, a man was told that a duplicate of his body could be used to “replace” him if he didn’t “cooperate” with the aliens. Lisa, too, was told that other people wouldn’t be able to distinguish her cloned body from the original, if they chose to replace her. And Angie was shown the cloned infants as part of a “novel breed” the aliens were producing.

Concerning the clones or hybrids themselves, [Polly] was further told that their souls are “recycled” and that they are regenerated many times. This fits in with other reports in which abductees saw the aliens destroy fetuses and were told they are not “really alive” and that their physical material will be used, not wasted. In fact, these and other reports point to the use of human genetic material to produce the Gray workers, quite possibly biological “robots” rather than living, soul-inhabited, entities.

Q: (Andromeda) What did they mean by 94% would be used as containers? (L) They would be used as parts – that they were containers… (seek10) How would they extract that many bodies to use for parts?

A: Not the issue.

Q: (L) […] Containers means a holder for a soul, or something. So maybe, in that very early session – everything was really uneven. Very jagged. So they’re talking about 94% will be used to create a new race. Did they say that? And maybe what they’re looking for is out of the ones that remain, they want containers for their own downloading of their evil devious lords and masters… Is that it?

A: Close.

Q: [Review of previous material] (L) All are containers; 94% are used. And of course we know they feed on pain and suffering. […] (Joe) Can they clarify what they meant? It’s a bit late, 29 years later… What’s the significance of 94% of the population being “used”?

A: Energy consumed and parts being used for new race. But we do not mean that physical bodies are used for parts, but rather that genetics of humanity will be modified. […] Plus, remember that all these plans of 4D STS are much wishful thinking.

Strieber writes in Them: “There are activities that appear directed toward exploiting our souls, or using our bodies in some sort of soul exchange […] In the context of the relationship between us and our visitors, the soul, not the body, is what is being fattened, and the experiences of life are the food it is being fed.”

Q: (L) So you’re saying that the plan to reduce the population by 94% is not necessarily what’s going to happen?

A: Yes.

Q: (L) But that is their plan.

A: Yes.

Hybrids in the sessions are described as crosses between 3rd-density humans and 4th-density “cybergenetic creatures,” i.e. Grays (1995-09-09). The “hubrid” variation are described as looking human (2023-06-24) and being akin to “a type of [organic portal] with souped up engines” (2002-09-14) or “much like very efficient psychopaths” (2023-07-29).

Q: (Joe) And who made [the undergrounder “hybrids/hubrids”]?

A: Lizards in cahoots with STS Orions.

Q: (Joe) So these are human beings. They’re functionally the same, as human as other human beings? Like biologically the same as other human beings, or not?

A: Some genetic tweaks. Most were harvested from human mothers and incubated.

Q: (Gaby) So this is part of the hybridization program that some experiencers or abductees recall?

A: Yes.

Q: (Possibility of Being) Do they know good and evil the same way as we would understand it?

A: No […]

Q: (Caesarea) Are some of the hybrids re-inserted into women on the surface, so they are born “normally”?

A: Yes.

The so-called hybridization program is probably a misnomer. It is more accurately a genetic engineering program involving something closer to chimeras than hybrids – a transgenic human with compatible alien DNA. Some abductees describe something like this. For instance, Marden and Stoner quote “Jennie”:

She somehow “knew” that these beings were not genetically compatible with humans, but were able to splice their DNA onto a human chromosome in order to create a human form that possessed the characteristics that they found desirable. Likewise, they were able to splice a partial human DNA sequence onto their chromosome in order to experience a wider range of emotions—ones that they had either lost or never had. [Recall Armstrong’s statement above.]

Rapuano concludes:

The bulk of the evidence has now convinced me that, over a number of generations, human embryos have been created by in vitro fertilization using sperm and ova obtained from abductees and then genetically modified by beings from another world. The evidence also showed that this biological program, carried out on our planet without our knowledge, had created genetically altered versions of homo sapiens that were under the control of an alien civilization.

Based on what abductees have told investigators, I am now afraid that alien abductions have progressed over many decades to the point where potentially thousands of transgenic humans (who look just like we do) have been integrated within society. [According to the C’s the number is in the low millions.]

Rapuano believes this genetic modification is not carried out by crossbreeding, but through injecting alien DNA sequences into fertilized human cells (as “Jennie” described above): “each genetically transformed embryo is implanted into the uterus of the ovum donor (or perhaps a surrogate abductee) so that the developing fetus can be carried for some period of time before removal by the aliens.”

Through this process, a transgenic human species could be created by stably integrating alien DNA into the human genome. Our species would essentially constitute the background genetic strain into which alien DNA is inserted so that we become more like them.

He concludes that the most probable motives behind the alien agenda are “colonization accompanied by a reproductive program of animal husbandry directed at genetically domesticating and enhancing the dominant indigenous species on earth: human beings.”

At the end of the Walking Among Us (2015), David Jacobs elaborates on the “planetary acquisition” process:

If a technological civilization exists on a targeted planet […] the aliens have several major choices. They can destroy the civilization. They can convince humans that takeover is in their best interests and therefore have a smooth transition. Or they can take over the planet and the civilization without the people’s knowledge and maintain an intact alien-controlled global society for future purposes. The first option was not chosen. The second option has not been offered. The third option appears to be operative.

To exercise the third option requires mounting a widespread clandestine operation. Earth’s civilization allows for this method. Our physical technology is not advanced enough to detect aliens working secretly. When people report UFOs or abductions, scientists summarily dismiss these accounts as visual misperceptions or fantasy. Moreover, human neurological abilities are undeveloped and cannot overcome the aliens’ neural manipulation. […] Thus humans […] were perfect candidates for a clandestine takeover.

Abductees describe a program of well-ordered, nonviolent (with individual abductee exceptions), gradual, stealthy takeover. When this integration program succeeds, it will mean the end of humans’ control over their own destiny. If successful, it strongly suggests, as I wrote in The Threat, the end of Homo sapiens and the beginning of a new species of human—Homo alienus (hubrids and the offspring of hubrids and humans). Physically, these creatures will be exactly like Homo sapiens; but they will be endowed with different neurological capabilities.

Rapuano summarizes more of Jacobs’s view on the “alien-orchestrated domestication” program:

The first three stages: abduction, creation of a transgenic species, and its genetic refinement and interbreeding with humans (especially abductees), presumably to distribute the novel genetic sequences within the broader population, may be over. The fourth and final stage, societal integration, may have already begun. The final stage involves preparing the abductees for future events and fully integrating the transgenic humans and perhaps the aliens themselves into global society to assume control. […] There will be only one form of government, “one system” and “one goal” with the aliens in command […] a de facto one world government.

Our genetic domestication may also include “genetically instilling traits that facilitate compliance,” with the result that “Homo sapiens will then become supplanted by a new transgenic race of cybernetically and/or telepathically managed organisms under the domination of a more advanced alien civilization.”

Timothy Good shares a similar conclusion in Earth (2013) from an Army Intel source, who in turn claimed to have received the information from “a high-ranking source at the Pentagon in the USAF Air Staff and Joint Staff in the 1980s”:

The creatures have/had a long-term plan to create a race of alien/human hybrids, purportedly to make us more peaceful. Their true purpose, however, is to create a passive human race, incapable of violence, by eradicating the human emotions that enable us to survive—thus laying us open to conquest.
