Q: (L) I have a paper here that talks about the Grays and says that they have two brains: an anterior brain and a posterior brain […]
A: […] The physical description is accurate in terms of one variety of what is referred to as the Grays. It does have an anterior brain. […]
The Reddit EBO microbiologist claimed that the beings he studied had 4-lobed brains, writing: “The brain is tetraspheric, i.e. composed of four major sections. The sections are separated by transverse and longitudinal fissures and are connected to the central lobe, which acts as brainstem and cerebellum.” This would give the appearance of having front and back hemispheres in addition to right and left.
Q: (L) It also says that the Grays have to be very close to a person to telepathically link with that person. Is this correct?
A: […] No. […] there are technological processes involved which do not require close physical proximity as you measure it. […] It follows dimensional windows […]
Recall that they had also said the Reptilians “need to work directly on you or be in contact with you by some means” (e.g. implants) in order to control or influence people (1994-10-20).
Q: (L) Are any of the Grays STO?
A: In very rare instances, Gray beings have crossed over into the STO realm, but in their natural environment, they are […] STS, as they were constructed to be.
Q: (L) How does it occur that they cross over into the STO environment?
A: Simply by natural circumstance, in the same general way that it occurs that human beings in the 3rd-density STS environment can, under certain circumstances, rise to the STO level. Very rare. […] That might be slightly higher [than Reptilians], but again, it is very small, relatively speaking. […]
The next session deals with questions regarding the “Blue Planet Project” (aka “Pulsar Project”) documents. These allegedly first circulated anonymously as handwritten notes at the First International UFO Congress held in Tucson, Arizona, from May 3-7, 1991, organized by Wendelle Stevens with assistance from Robert Dean. At some point they were said to have been authored by a man named Jeferson de Souza.
Gil Carlson, who subsequently republished the documents in 2013, was contacted in June 2014 by a friend of Souza who claimed that Souza was then currently in federal prison. Carlson corresponded with Souza and published a document he wrote there, called Blue Planet Mandate, in 2016 (much of which seems highly imaginative, e.g. he claims to have been told about “metamaterials” at the age of 9, 30 years before the first documented use of the word). Souza was imprisoned in 1996 as “Richard Romero,” which he claimed was a fake Venezuelan identity; by denying his actual identity and Brazilian citizenship, Souza claimed, the U.S. government avoided the possibility of extraditing Souza to his home country. Souza also claimed that the charges against him (which involved child pornography and kidnapping of a minor) were manufactured. He was eventually released in 2019 and deported to Brazil, after which he appeared on several Brazilian podcasts about his experiences. He died on August 19, 2022.
Souza gave several contradictory accounts about the source of the information in the Blue Planet Project documents. First, he was a self-described contactee who claimed experiences with beings from Vega since the age of 7. (Souza was born in 1959, but an early write-up of his contact experience says, perhaps erroneously, that his first experience was at the age of 13 in 1979.) In Blue Planet Mandate, he says, “most of [the material] had come from our [Souza and Stevens’s] exploration under Death Valley” and that “some things were not ready to come out yet. (Ask DARPA or NSA.)” This last statement is a reference to another claim. On his personal website’s biography page, Souza wrote:
Jeferson caught the attention of the U.S. Department of Defense and became part of three black budget projects: the Blue Planet Project, the Pulsar Project and Project Nemesis, all non-official projects ran by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), at Arlington, Virginia and NSA (National Security Agency) at Ft. Mead, Maryland. He was chosen not so much for his knowledge but because such projects involved contactees and abductees.
However, in Blue Planet Mandate, he clarifies that he “never worked (willingly) for the U.S. Government. Clearance credentials were given to me by more powerful sources than the Feds.” (Perhaps a reference to defense contractors?) Finally, he claimed to have attained information by hacking secure government systems, where he obtained information and photographs (see Carlson’s Blue Planet Conspiracy).
Curiously, on May 8, 2025, former Air Force counterintelligence agent Richard Doty (who ran the operation against Paul Bennewitz) tweeted: “If anyone is truly interested in understanding the US Government’s involvement with the Extraterrestrial visitation of Earth, I highly recommend, ‘The Blue Planet Project Trilogy’. Over 90% of the book is REAL facts about the phenomenon.” (Spelling corrected.)

Q: (L) We have here some drawings of supposed alien servants. [Souza was a skilled artist, drawing comic books for a nonprofit publisher while in prison.] This one right here is called a Rigelian servant. It’s a “protosyntozoid,” in other words, a cybergenetic. Is this an accurate representation of this being, and does this being actually exist?
A: Yes.
Q: […] (L) Does this one [“Tah’Hay”] actually exist? This mutative clone form?
A: Yes. […]
Q: (T) ET! (L) […] OK, now this one is a real pleasant-looking fellow [“S’PTH”].
A: Yes. Occupies Dulce base.
Q: […] (L) “This is a cloned syntozoid form,” in other words a cybergenetic, “whose specific job is to act as controllers. They are plus or minus four feet tall.” This is, I think, your standard Gray. It’s just that the drawing is kind of crappy-looking. (T) Wait, the face… the eyes are smaller on the thing but the face is a lot like the one in the autopsy film. (L) This is a lot like what I had in my bedroom, only all swathed in black. […] OK, these servants from Zeta Reticuli 1 […] I’m assuming that this is another version of the ones that occupy the Dulce base. Is that correct?
A: No.
Q: (L) What are these guys?
A: Floaters.
Q: […] (T) Floaters? […] (L) I would say it was like somebody in a job… (T) Trouble shooters, they go from place to place…
December 2, 1995
Q: (L) I have read about a species of Gray aliens that are very tall and have “rows of teeth.” I assume that this means more than one row of teeth. What are they?
A: Biogenetic constructs.
September 14, 2002
Q: (L) Are there Grays that look exactly like Whitley’s Grays – real ones?
A: He missed the mark.
The Gray alien face on the cover is his landmark 1987 book Communion triggered many abductees who saw it sitting on the shelf at their local bookstores. However, its eyes are placed higher on the face than is typical from abductee accounts. As David Jacobs writes in his contribution to UFOs and Abductions: Challenging the Borders of Knowledge (2000): “The large head with the now characteristic staring alien eyes, considered by most abductees to be anatomically incorrect, triggered memories that impelled thousands of people who thought they might be abductees to seek advice and help from abduction researchers.”

Q: (L) We were talking just a few minutes ago about the symbol that appeared that was similar to a crop circle on [LM’s] driveway, and we would like to know if you can access for us the source of that symbol [see the following two excerpts]. Who put that symbol there?
A: Grey alien species number 4.
November 11, 1995
A: And what symbol did you see in “Matrix,” for Serpents and Grays?
Q: (L) You are talking about the triangle with the [winged serpent] in it?
A: Yes.
Under hypnosis, Ashland, Nebraska, police officer Herbert Schirmer described the beings in his 1967 abduction as 4.5–5-foot-tall humanoids with “thin, long heads, flat noses, slit mouths, and slanted, unblinking eyes.” Their uniforms had the emblem of a winged serpent on their left breast.
The middle insignia above resembles one version of the symbol Lonnie Zamora saw on the egg-shaped UFO that landed in Socorro, New Mexico, in 1964. (J. Allen Hynek put the third line above the triangle.)

Q: Ark and I were talking the other night about the symbol that appeared in LM’s driveway many years ago.
A: Winged sceptor [sic].
Q: (A) We wanted to know why you related it to Grays, but would not say whether an abduction had taken place, and later you said that LM had never been abducted. So, how does that relate? What is the connection?
A: Connections are not necessarily “time tracked.”
Q: Well, Ark remarked that it may not have related to L at all, but that was a message to us in the present. What was the message and who was it for?
A: Not a message. A marker. […] All events are synchronous only when perception becomes a catalyst for learning.

Q: (T) [And we were abducted to an underground base] when we were in Las Vegas, also?
A: Met alien there. […] Barfly. […] Disguised humanoid Gray species four. Rigelian. Orion union STS. […]
Q: [Terry related the story where he and Jan met the “Barfly” at Vegas World, after having gone downtown to get their marriage license. They had taken a taxi to City Hall and foolishly decided to walk back to the Strip in 116-degree weather. They made it as far south as Vegas World and stopped at the bar inside to cool off. Jan was close to heat prostration, and the barmaid gave her glasses of iced water and an iced towel to put on her neck. They were getting ready to go back out and hail a cab back to Bally’s when they were approached by the “Barfly,” who started asking all sorts of personal questions and seemed to be acting drunk when he wasn’t really intoxicated. He became belligerent when Terry refused to show him his Florida drivers license, but switched to disorientation when Terry made the statement, “We don’t have a problem, here, do we?! Everything’s cool, everything’s OK! I’ll buy you a beer?”, while staring the guy down and putting the force of his personality behind the question/statement.] […] (L) In this story that Terry has just recounted, what instant represents the turning point of resistance?
A: The statement.
Q: […] (T) “We don’t have a problem, here, do we?! Everything’s cool, everything’s OK! I’ll buy you a beer?”
A: Yes.
Q: (T) Because that’s when he got confused […] He was escalating this to a point, and I don’t know, it just came to me that the best way to do this was to just stop it right there…
A: Grays and their associates are thrown off by energy-flow diversions or thought-pattern interruptions.
Q: (SV) That’s exactly what they said in Matrix I! (T) Another thing that comes to mind while I’m thinking about it: before it turned ugly, he was leading up to going someplace. (J) Very vaguely, but yes. (T) He was leading up toward, “We ought to get together and go someplace.” I think that’s when I really shut the whole thing off.
Matrix I included the following “defense strategy” against Grays:
One defense against the aliens is simply to “say no” [i.e. a form of “mental blocking”]. Although this may seem naive, it has proven to be effective in some cases. The act of negation interrupts the manipulation process and creates energy which is strong enough to enable your sleeping body to realize that “you aren’t in it”. You will be drawn back to it. This strategy applies in cases involving “astral” abduction of sleeping humans.

Q: One thing I noticed about these beings in these spacecraft was that they could not respond to anything that was not in their program… and that this was their weakness. Was that an accurate assessment?
A: Yes when one is really a programmed biocyberprobe.
July 29, 2023
Q: (Joe) Gray aliens don’t know much anyway, do they?
A: No.
Several examples of this have already been included in previous series, e.g. that of John DeSouza. Yvonne Smith provides another case in Chosen. “Laci” was abducted while wearing a wet-suit: “They think it’s my skin and they want to know what happened to me!” She then cites Betty and Barney Hill’s 1961 abduction, in which their abductors discovered that Barney’s teeth (i.e. dentures) were removable: “The ‘leader,’ as Betty called him, came into her examination room very confused and asked Betty: ‘Why do Barney’s teeth come out and yours do not?’”
This idiotic behavior is also reminiscent of Men-in-Black. Nick Redfern quotes Christopher O’Brien in The Real Men in Black: “It’s like they manifest for a particular task, and they know what they’re supposed to do and what they’re supposed to say, but they exist in a framework of having no context. In other words, they are almost like manifested beings, or manufactured, temporary entities that don’t seem to have any sort of depth to them.”
If Men-in-Black can be considered “thought-forms” and Grays “mental-projections” (in part) of Reptilians, it is as if both are somehow physicalized manifestations of unconscious cognitive subroutines – as if the habitual operations we engage in when performing repetitive tasks such as driving or flossing were fully embodied and given their own rudimentary will and self-awareness. Such probes have a degree of self-awareness and will, but only the minimum necessary in order to complete its desired task.

Q: (L) As you know, we have been reading and having a discussion about John DeSouza and his book The Extra-Dimensionals, and we have some questions. […] Do the Gray alien beings – the ones you’ve described as cybergenetic probes – do they ever change forms as DeSouza suggests? [DeSouza had argued that the Grays in Travis Walton’s abduction had shapeshifted into the Nordics that he subsequently encountered.]
A: No.
Q: (L) Can they?
A: No.
Q: (L) He made the assumption that the Grays could and did transform themselves into Nordics, and he was off and running with the idea that “alien races are nothing more than a convenience. For ‘alien visitors’, changing forms may be as easy as changing an overcoat is for humans.”
A: We have covered these issues before. Please reread transcripts.
Recall the statements about variable physicality in the previous sections on Nordics and Reptilians. The degree of control over their respective forms seems proportional to their place in the hierarchy, with Grays (and hybrids) having the least ability to shapeshift, the Reptilians a limited ability to temporarily alter their form and the Nordics perhaps having the most control (their “natural state is variable” [1994-12-23]).

Q: (L) Was it a real alien in the video [Area 51: The Alien Interview (1997)]?
A: Yes. […]
Q: (Alejo) Why did it choke?
A: Wrong atmosphere, pressure, etc.
According to Jon Stewart, who researched the video for several years, the above answers match what he has been told about the circumstances surrounding it (email, November 2024). For example, in a 2025 interview, he said: “for this being we see in my video, it was actually a little bit of a […] heavier air quality than he was used to, which is why they said he was hunched over when he was not being interviewed.”
Asked about the existence of other potentially authentic videos of Grays in the public domain, Ross Coulthart responded during a Reddit AMA: “Yes – or so I am told. I’m a bit skinny on the facts.” This is probably an allusion to the infamous “Skinny Bob” video, uploaded to a YouTube channel in 2011 and alleging to show a crashed UFO and live Grays interacting with American military personnel. (See a remote viewing on the case here.) Also see here for additional photographs, which, regardless of their authenticity, are said to resemble at least one variety of Grays.

A: Sexual energy is a function of their [undergrounders’] intellects and can be aimed at either male or female. Also, this energy can be present even in those engineered beings that have no apparent gender.
Q: […] (L) I guess that would be like Grays or something, you know? [Recall the statements above about Grays that are felt by abductees to be “feminine” or “masculine.”] Or something like the semi-plant-like beings that they grow in giant test tubes. Is that it?
A: Yes.
This alludes to an answer about the beings involved in the Dyatlov Pass incident, who were said to be “plant-based” and “similar to some so-called Gray aliens” (2016-2-27). Joshua Cutchin notes this connection in Thieves in the Night (2018), writing:
A handful of clues allude to the old stock [i.e. logs left by faeries in the place of human babies] motif by connecting hybrids with plants. Like inanimate chunks of wood, hybrids seem wholly lifeless and immobile. Descriptions of baby incubatoriums sound akin to hydroponics laboratories, where plants are grown in tubes; the green color of fetuses sometimes reported in these facilities underscores the botanical similarity.
Tech, Psychotronics, Influence
Abduction, implants and the manipulation of human emotion and behavior are discussed extensively in volume 1. The following excerpts echo that material, but with specific reference to Grays.

Q: (L) You said one other time that [Frank] was also programmed by the Grays.
A: Yes.
Q: (L) To do what?
A: To destroy himself.
October 20, 1994 (direct channeling)
Q: Well, how do the Grays and Lizzies [control people]?
A: Mind and body interference with electrical response patterns.
October 25, 1994
Q: (L) What procedure or technology do the Grays use to pass through solid matter?
A: Transdimensional atomic rearrangement.
Q: (L) How do aliens transport themselves or others on beams of light?
A: By electron focusing and previous answer.

Q: (L) What was the purpose of [the Mayan crystal] skull?
A: […] Skull was to learn about soul; reflective remolecularization imaging. Grays do this with abductees.
Q: (L) Through what kind of instrument?
A: Energy focusing.
Q: (L) What is behind their eyes?
A: Camera-like system.
Q: (L) Is that system also able to send signals?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) At what spectrum level?
A: Thought paralysis.
Q: (L) Do they implant thoughts with their eyes also?
A: Can.
The Reddit post includes the following suggestive statements:
It is important to mention the presence of nodules on the central lobe. Histological analysis of these structures reveals a kind of intricate biological circuitry. It is speculated that these nodules are essential to interact with their technology. […] We speculate that artificial molecular machines may be present in the body, and that copper, if present, would be essential to their function or assembly. Importantly, no AMMs have been observed.

Q: (L) The other night we were talking about the episode when I was three or four years old and saw the face at the window that said to me: “No matter where you go you cannot hide. When the time comes, we will find you.” When I had that experience, who or what did I see at the window?
A: Gray.
Such “face in the window” experiences are common in the abductee literature. For example, Mary, in Yvonne Smith’s Chosen, had a response to the cover of Strieber’s Communion like described above. While reading the book at home after purchasing it:
[…] a memory flashed before Mary’s eyes. Mary was seven years old and her brother Frank was five. The book reminded her of an incident when early one morning, her little brother was screaming that there were three bald men with black scary eyes looking in his window at him.
One of the letter-writers included in Anne and Whitley Strieber’s The Communion Letters (1997) wrote to them:
At night, after my parents would put me to bed, I’d often see small, very white round faces with huge black eyes staring in at me from outside my bedroom window. Sometimes it was only one, but often it was several. I was quite simply terrified by the sight of these faces, and developed the habit of sleeping with the blankets pulled up over my head so I couldn’t see them. […] These faces in the window followed me when my family finally moved west.
Another wrote:
I am eleven years old; I can see “him” floating outside my bedroom window. He is only three to four feet tall. He has a skinny gray body, a large head, large slanted eyes, a line mouth, no nose, ears, or hair. I feel eyes that can “film” everything. I heard in my head, “You have been chosen. We will not harm you.” Then there was blackness. […] Back when I started remembering the visit, I asked my sister if she remembered anything strange about our farmhouse. She acted as if I had opened a long-forgotten dream. […] she saw the face in the bedroom window. I made her describe the face, and it matched the one I saw perfectly.

Q: (RC) Is B. a spy for the Gray aliens?
A: Well, are you aware of the modus operandi commonly employed, and the technical aspects of same???
Q: […] (RC) They spy through implants[…]? He absorbs information and then they download it from him?
A: In other words, unconscious manipulation.

Q: (L) Well, considering PZ’s husband’s work, her own work, her security clearances… and that it is very common to get the funny phone calls and now W. has also had these phone calls…
A: Greys.
John Keel wrote an extensive, privately circulated report in January 1968 titled “Organized Harassment of Individuals” with a subsection, “The Telephone Problem in the United States,” based upon “six months of intensive research, direct contact with many victims, and extensive personal experience.” He describes a dozen types of telephone “hoax” calls, including the “no-answer,” the “taped call,” the “threatening call,” “vocal imitations” and the “electronic sound call.” Whether the product of some domestic counterintelligence operation or alien interference, “The apparent purposes behind these activities is to stimulate hysteria and paranoia and to discredit specific individuals.”
All of the victims of these hoaxes were either UFO researchers or witnesses, including those who never reported their sighting. “In thousands of cases reported since 1947, we find that witnesses reported receiving no-answer (type 1) and electronic sound (type 11) calls immediately after their sightings of UFOs were made public.” Witnesses describe terse calls, “always with teletype sounds in the background, in which a monotoned male voice stated: ‘Do not discuss what you have seen. We know what is going on. Keep out of it.’” Researchers report calls such as: “Get out of the UFO field. You have been warned.”
He concludes: “In order to execute the hoaxes involved, this organization would need elaborate technical facilities, a thorough knowledge of the general telephone system, and would have to have access to unlisted phone numbers.”
The only apparent purposes of this program are to suppress investigation into the UFO mystery, discredit the individuals who are involved in such investigations, instill fear and confusion in witnesses to UFO activity, and to create false speculations about governmental involvement. […] Because the organization has served to produce an hysteria of nationwide distrust in government it must be regarded as hostile and subversive.
Keel describes his own odd phone experiences in chapter 17 of The Mothman Prophecies. Such telephone interference, often including a “metallic voice,” has continued for decades after Keel’s report.

Q: (L) M. has dialogues with Grays? (TB) Yeah. Yeah. (L) She talks to them herself? Or she is reporting dialogues that somebody else has? (TB) I’m not sure. She presents them as ones that she’s had. That is one of the reasons I quit wanting to correspond with her. […] (L) Is M. talking to Grays?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Is she an “agent of the Grays” on our list?

Q: (L) We would like to know the source of information coming through Billy Meier.
A: Grays.
Q: (L) He is not channeling Pleiadians?
A: Was but not now.
The Swiss author claimed ongoing contact with “Plejarens” from his childhood until 1964, when he was 27. Contacts resumed in 1975, when he was 38, and allegedly continued since then. From the 1990s to present he has focused more on “spiritual teachings” and prophecies than UFO contact and photographs. (Meier is known to have hoaxed several UFO photos.)

A: [Like Whitley Strieber, Anne Rice] is influenced by the Grays.
Rice is famous for her series of novels, The Vampire Chronicles, the first volume of which was Interview with the Vampire (1976). In 2016’s Prince Lestat and the Realms of Atlantis, Rice unexpectedly transformed her gothic horror fiction into science fiction, revealing that the first vampire in her mythos, Amel, was originally “a human who was abducted by aliens and turned into an alien-human hybrid for the purpose of destroying humanity, which the aliens felt would eventually become a universal threat.” Amel rebelled against this mission, using alien technology to establish Atlantis. The aliens, in turn, destroyed Amel and Atlantis.

Q: (L) Some guy in Michigan filmed a UFO in broad daylight and they showed it on the news three days in a row […] That fellow in Michigan, could you identify that craft for us and who it belonged to?
A: It was the Grays.
Q: (L) Now, are the Grays going to allow themselves to be seen more and more in 3rd density in the upcoming years?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Is there a reason behind this exposure?
A: All of these events are related to that with which you are now familiar.
Q: (L) This is part of their movement to land on the planet, interact with human beings, say, via the media… (T) They are already landing on the planet…
A: No, for all is related to approach of oncoming Wave, what the details are will remain to be seen.

Q: (L) Well, what happened to Captain Thomas Mantell on 7 January 1948, when he attempted to track a UFO? Whose craft was it?
A: Grays and he lost consciousness, thus piloting his plane above its ceiling, thus disintegrated.
Mantell, a Kentucky Air National Guard pilot, was flying a P-51 Mustang fighter plane and crashed near Franklin, Kentucky. He, along with a flight of 3 additional P-51s, was tasked with intercepting a UFO reported by multiple witnesses as traveling west in the sky, described as “circular, about 250 to 300 feet in diameter.” The Army determined that he did lose consciousness when his plane passed 25,000 feet in altitude, but Project Blue Book claimed he was chasing a then-top-secret Skyhook balloon, which in certain conditions could extend to around 100 feet in diameter. (The P-51’s flight ceiling was actually around 42,000 feet, but flying at that altitude assumes optimal conditions and oxygen supply, which Mantell lacked. Officially, the plane broke apart upon impact, not midair.)
In 1996, air traffic controller Quinton Blackwell, who heard Mantell’s last words, broke a gag order to tell Mantell’s family what he heard. Blackwell says Mantell described the object as “about 200 feet across, probably 70-75 feet thick,” “metallic, dull aluminum” in color, with “observational windows on the top section around.” Mantell told Blackwell he was going to try to close in for a better look, and that was his final transmission. He also says that Mantell ordered the pilots to return to base in order to load live ammunition, implying he had identified the UFO as a direct threat and had permission from his superiors to do so. Blackwell himself seems to imply that he (and others on base) also saw the “saucer.”
The alleged MJ-12 draft report quoted in the series on Undergrounders contains a section on such incidents, including a description of the Mantell case. If genuine, it suggests the Air Force believed there to be more to the plane’s disintegration than structural collapse or impact with the ground:
4. On 7 January 1948, an ANG F-51 pilot was lost near Godman AFB, Kentucky. After being directed to land his flight of four F-51s by the tower, Captain Thomas Mantell pursued a large metallic object alone after two pilots returned to Godman AFB, and finally his wingman was ordered to return to the field. It is believed that Mantell was following a large, structured object not in the flight path of a classified Navy SKYHOOK balloon. Mantell radioed Godman tower that he was at 22,000 feet and still climbing. At one point Mantell said that the object had paced his aircraft for several minutes, then would speed up. His last transmission to the tower was, “It appears to be a metallic object ... and it is of tremendous size. ... It appears to be a metallic object or possibly the reflection of sun from a metallic object.” When Godman personnel arrived at the crash scene, Mantell’s F-51 was found in many pieces, not large sections as one would find from a free stick descent. The wreckage contained unusual damage as if Mantell’s plane was repeatedly hit by shotgun blasts. Some of the metal had pitted surfaces and unusual scoring. All rubber material had disintegrated into a soft powdery substance. There was no indication of gunfire damage or fuel burn. The crash site and debris exhibited an unusually high amount of radiation of undetermined nature. The site was cleared of debris and covered. Mantell’s plane was subsequently sent to Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, for examination. An autopsy was conducted on the body and interned in storage for future study. It is believed by the Air Force investigators that Mantell's plane had been destroyed by an ionization phenomenon, possibly from the propulsion wash of the object’s exhaust.
5. From 1949 to late 1950, there have been several crashes of B-36 bombers on routine arctic patrol that bear all the earmarks of the Mantell incident. None of the crews were found. The atomic bombs were not recovered, thus creating a serious problem for the Air Force when nuclear weapons are lost over friendly countries.

Q: (L) I noticed also that August 15 is, in fact, an ancient feast day of the Mother Goddess and therefore the appearance of the face last year was somewhat appropriate. This one, produced on almost – if not exactly – the same date, seems almost like it is a response to the face image last year. The message deciphered from this new crop circle is – and Ark has checked it and confirmed the deciphering – “Beware the bearers of false gifts and their broken promises. Much pain but still time” – and then an unknown word – “there is good out there. We oppose deception. Conduit closing. (bell sound).” What is the meaning of this message?
A: The first thing that was intended was to demonize the crop circle phenomenon. The second thing was to give those who are susceptible the impression that their favorite Gray aliens might be “good guys.” The third thing intended was to send a message of doubt directly to this room.
Both crop circles featured coded messages. The Chilbolton face appeared on the same field as a depiction of the Arecibo message the year prior, featuring a representation of a Gray instead of a human and the addition of silicon in the section featuring important elements, among other changes. The message also featured (in the lower section) a representation of a crop circle from the year before in the same location.

Q: (Galatea) You know the story of Woolpit? The green children who showed up one day? […] Apparently, there were similar stories all over Europe. First of all, were there actually green children who appeared? Is that story true?
A: Close.
Q: (L) Can you get us closer? (Galatea) It’s close to true that green children appeared?
A: Yes.
Q: (Galatea) So they did appear somewhere. (L) There were some children who appeared who were unusual in some way. (Galatea) Were they green?
A: Not exactly. More gray.
Q: (Galatea) And what country did they appear in? […] Is it the same story spread all over the place, or did they appear in just one country?
A: Several, and, yes they were a real phenomenon related to alien interactions with population explained by percipients as “green children.”
Q: (L) So they were having alien interactions with something probably like little gray men and they called them green children when they were actually gray. It was happening in a lot of places, so the stories were probably spreading like wildfire. That’s my take on it. Is that it?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) So they weren’t really green children. They were Gray aliens.
This case was asked about again 9 years later.

Q: (L) The Green children of Woolpit. Two children of unusual skin color who reportedly appeared in the village of Woolpit in Suffolk, England. In the 12th century, children found to be brother and sister, of generally normal appearance, except the green color of their skin. They spoke an unknown language and would eat only raw, broad beans. Eventually they learned to eat other food, etc., and lost their green color. [(Chu) Well, the children said here that they came from another land where the sun never shone and the light was like twilight. (L) It sounds like they came from underground. (Chu) Yeah, everything there was green. (L) They said they were from “Saint Martin’s Land.”] Well, while we are on it, did the Green children really happen?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Were they similar to this? [Referring to the Italian “Amicizia” case, where the human-looking “aliens” were said to be from something like a parallel dimension.] They came from another dimension?
A: Yes.
