Q: (L) Why are UFOs frequently sighted over geological fault lines?
A: Electromagnetism. Use electrical free waves as fuel for power restoration.
The same goes for electrical power lines. In Inside the U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations, Lacatski, Kelleher and Knapp write: “In various parts of the world, people have reported seeing UFOs near high-voltage power lines or power substations at the time of area blackouts. This had led some to believe the UFOs were draining power from the grid.” Bruce Rapuano covers one such case extensively in Dominion Lost, concluding: “the pattern of UFO activity over, directly above or in physical contact with transmission lines in Connecticut, New Hampshire and New York in 1965 constitutes evidence of an intent to use and/or interfere with the North American electrical grid. The motive then was either to exploit an existing source of power and/or to send a clear message of intimidation by demonstrating the capability to knock down the grid.”

Q: (Perceval) What was the connection [between the comet and UFO over Jerusalem]?
A: Thinning of the veil. Electrical phenomena can do that.
In 2017, retired Vice President of Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company and former head of the Advanced Technology Center Dr. James T. Ryder gave a lecture titled “The Rending of the Veils (Part 1): Fairies, Devas and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” with the following description: “The wide-spread use of electricity on the planet… will materially assist in the rending of the veil which separates the astral plane from the physical plane; the dividing etheric web will shortly be dissipated, and… the result upon humanity and upon the three other kingdoms in nature cannot be over emphasized.”
Incidentally, Dr. Ryder was the Lockheed executive who attempted to divest the company of one of its recovered NHI craft and transfer it to Robert Bigelow’s BAASS and the DIA as part of AAWSAP – a plan that was blocked by Glenn Gaffney, the CIA’s Director for Science and Technology.

Q: (Data) Has it ever happened since the invention of mobile phones that a text message has been sent from the spirit world to a person?
A: Many times! Entities love tech! […]
Q: (Perceval) Is that why they said in a previous session that Wi-Fi is evil? Can these entities in some way influence the feelings of people in a house by these waves?
A: Related, certainly. Such energies can be drawn upon by all sorts of “critters” in your environment. […]
Q: (L) Is it possible that this rash of Black-Eyed Children and other strange entity-related phenomena is a side effect or a result of having so much technology around?
A: Now you have opened a real can of worms!
Q: (L) So, basically by having so much technology, microwaves, and all that kind of stuff, we’re basically feeding entities in other realms and enabling them to enter ours?
A: Pretty much! Fun for materialists galore!
Q: (L) In other words, people who believe only in technology are in for a big surprise?
A: Yes.
Q: […] (Perceval) Is it because those kinds of microwaves and other kinds of waves transcend or are perceived in other dimensions?
A: Yes.
In Dancing Past the Graveyard (2019), Paul Eno writes: “what role today’s global ‘electropollution’ plays in enabling [paranormal] parasite activities is an open, and pretty scary, question. […] all of us are awash in man-made microwaves and EMFs of many strengths virtually all day, every day. What this is doing to us physically and emotionally is unknown, but what it might be doing to branes [boundaries between parallel worlds] and parasite travel capabilities isn’t even being discussed.”

A: If one is depending on a 3rd-density effect, analog is best. If one is attempting to tap higher or “other” realms, digital is more likely to capture the effect.
Eno would suggest something similar three years later, commenting on the recent prevalence of orbs and “star-like explosions of light” captured on camera: “Perhaps digital equipment is better at picking up their light spectra.”
UFO’s and Nukes
The first nuclear weapon was detonated in New Mexico in 1945, at the Trinity test site within what is now known as the White Sands Missile Range. From early that year to the present day, UFOs have been sighted in the vicinity of every type of location and facility associated with nuclear technology: research labs (like Los Alamos, Sandia and Oak Ridge), fissile material mines and production plants, test sites (e.g. the Nevada Proving Grounds), missile launch facilities (e.g. the ICBM silos at Malmstrom, Minot, and Ellsworth AFB’s), bomber alert pads (e.g. B-52’s), nuclear submarines (which launch SLBM’s), nuclear weapons storage areas (e.g. for tactical nuclear warheads) and nuclear power plants.
Robert Hastings wrote the definitive book on the subject, UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites (2017), which covers the history of the phenomenon, utilizing declassified documents as well as the accounts of over 160 retired military personnel who shared their personal experiences with him. Some famous nuclear cases include:
1947: Roswell (the site of the only atomic bomber base at the time, located just over 100 miles east of the Trinity site)
1948 to the mid 1950s: the “green fireballs,” “meteors,” discs and small orbs sighted over nuclear labs and tests
1966-1968: various ICBM incursions, including some with associated missile shutdowns (e.g. the March 1967 Malmstrom incidents) and activations
1975: the Northern Tier ICBM incursions, which were correlated with cattle mutilation sites and mystery helicopter sightings
1980: the Rendlesham Forest case, which featured UFOs sighted above a facility storing tactical nukes (never officially acknowledged to be there)
2004: the USS Nimitz Tic-Tac case, which involved a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier and submarine
2024: the mystery drone flap over RAF Lakenheath, which was scheduled to receive U.S. tactical nukes
According to a declassified Top Secret FBI document cited by Hastings, over 150 “fireballs” and flying saucers were reported over Los Alamos in just the years 1948-1950. Hastings writes:
To summarize Dan Wilson’s findings, on numerous occasions during the 1950s, areas of the US where drifting radioactive clouds had passed over frequently played host to the mysterious green fireballs and/or metallic-appearing, disc- or cylinder-shaped UFOs, whose presence closely followed—both chronologically and geographically—the path of the fallout.
In his 2024 book UFOs: A Scientist Explains What We Know (And Don’t Know), Dr. Robert Powell observes that of the official UFO sightings collected by the Air Force in 1950, nuclear bases and labs saw multiple reports (ranging from two to nine per location), while “Reports from non-nuclear bases numbered either zero or one report, with a couple of bases with two reports.” During the prior year, 1949, all bases reporting sightings hosted nuclear weapons.
The then head of Project Blue Book, Edward J. Ruppelt, shared in his 1956 book details of an informal conversation he overheard in 1952 at Los Alamos. The scientists and engineers there began discussing the green fireballs and seriously considered an extraterrestrial hypothesis for the sightings, speculating that they may have been sacrificial unmanned probes.
While most of the ICBM incidents of the sixties and seventies seemingly only involved UFOs hovering over or near the launch facilities, a smaller number involved individual or multiple missiles being deactivated (the Malmstrom incident saw up to 20 missiles go “off alert” status) and an even smaller number of launch code initiations. After the fall of the Soviet Union, similar reports came out of Russia, including a 1982 launch activation. George Knapp reported:
UFOs appeared over the base [in Ukraine], performed astonishing maneuvers in front of stunned eyewitnesses and then somehow took control of the launch system. The missiles were aimed at the US and were suddenly fired up. Launch control codes were somehow entered, and the base was unable to stop what could have initiated World War 3. Then, just as suddenly, the UFOs disappeared, and the launch-control system shut down.
Regarding the 1975 Northern Tier incursions, retired USAF Lt. Col. Robert Peisher wrote to Hastings: “I believe that the cattle slayings, the UFO sightings, and the missile [field] complex were connected. I think it was a UFO observation and data-gathering mission.”
Scientists associated with the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies published a number of reports on the subject. In one, Larry Hancock et al. focused on three types of location: “1) radioactive materials production plants, 2) atomic weapons assembly facilities, and 3) atomic weapons stockpile sites”:
Elevated UAP activity was found at all three atomic site classes and was most noticeable in the earliest facility in each class. UAP activity began during the construction phase for some sites and escalated when the site became operational. Elevated activity at study sites occurred in a “window” between 1948-1951, continued through the national spike in UAP reporting in 1952, then dramatically decreased, never to repeat the “window” levels during the remainder of the study period. […] Moderately elevated UAP activity was associated with bases where atomic weapons were operationally deployed (Air Force and Navy).
While known about in classified settings from the beginning, the nuclear connection was largely unknown publicly for decades, with only a handful of individual cases discussed in the public literature, e.g. an article by Hynek in 1966, and books by Fowler and Keyhoe in 1966 and 1967. Details of the 1975 incursions were leaked the year after by someone working for the DIA, but it wasn’t until the eighties and nineties that the extent of the phenomenon became more widely known, culminating in the eventual release of Hastings’s book in 2008.
However, the connection was already being discussed by members of the Borderland Sciences Research Associates in 1950/1951. In December 1951, Edward S. Schultz speculated:
From the color of the fireballs – Green, red and pink – I deduced that Etherians are most irked by the primary A-Bomb and Atomic Pile fission products Barium and Strontium […] I deem it likely that Etherians disintegrate both primary and secondary fission products into Mesons, i.e. “cosmic ray particles”, via fireballs. […] I feel that Mesons are products of disintegration of one or more of the four grades of Etheric-physical matter, i.e. from where ordinary, physical matter radio activity leaves off.
A number of C’s sessions touch on the nuclear connection:
September 9, 1995 (direct channeling)
A: [Roswell] was a specialized mission […] initiated by those referred to as the Lizard beings using human/hybrid combinations, the hybrid element being that referred to as the Gray type. It was an experiment, partly as […] a reconnaissance mission, and partly testing the environmental conditions that existed in that area at the time as a result of the nuclear explosions that had occurred in the region in the recent past […] the idea was to test the effects upon both the human […] genetic structure and the Gray genetic structure which, in turn, is connected [to] the Lizard genetic structure […]
There was only one nuclear explosion in the region prior to the Roswell crashes: the Trinity test at White Sands two years prior, on July 16, 1945. According to Luis Elizondo, during his time at AATIP he was informed by Dr. Hal Puthoff that Roswell was indeed real. He learned that “It was hypothesized that the UAP that crashed at Roswell had been conducting some sort of reconnaissance on our budding atomic program.”

The following questions relate to the idea discussed in volume 1 that the “entire New Mexico region is on verge of moving to 4th density” due to the presence of underground trans-density bases.
Q: (T) It’s a side-effect of the bases.
A: Yes. […] Also atomic bomb blasts.
There were two additional nuclear tests besides Trinity in New Mexico, which took place in the 1960s: Gnome (detonated in an underground salt bed near Carlsbad in 1961) and Gasbuggy (detonated over 4,000 feet underground near Dulce in 1967). New Mexico also hosted numerous other nuclear-related facilities, as noted above (e.g. Los Alamos, Sandia, Kirtland).
Q: (T) How about the French and their atomic bomb testing in the South Pacific? Is this activity accelerating some sort of transition, or opening of a doorway...?
A: Maybe.
Q: (T) As the bases reach these points of side effect, of transition from third to fourth, each one in itself is localized. But, do many of them together form a much larger shift over a larger geographical area?
A: We told you it was regional.
Q: (J) Yes, each one is regional, but do you reach a point where… is there a saturation point? (T) Is there a cumulative affect over each region? […]
A: No, we meant SW US region.
Contrast the three NM tests with the 900+ conducted on the Nevada test range.
As attorney and abductee Terry Lovelace relates in his 2020 book Devils Den: The Reckoning: “Back in 2017, Betty [his alien “handler”] picked up on my concern about the threat of thermonuclear war. She said, ‘nuclear detonations tear the fabric of space-time and result in interdimensional bleeds.’” The C’s reiterated this point in 1997 in a discussion about protons:
March 15, 1997
Q: (A) Is [a proton] something eternal, or is it something that decays? If it is 7th density... How long does a proton live?
A: Atomic explosion blends density window.
Q: (A) What do they mean blend? It explodes! Blend with what?
A: Where do protons fit into the atomic chain reaction equation?
Neutrons sustain atomic chain reactions, whereas protons remain bound in the fission fragments. It’s unclear how, if at all, this relates to “blending” the density window. (Perhaps protons somehow provide the stabilized link in this reality, while the energy produced by neutrons splitting subsequent atoms opens the window?)

Q: (Perceval) The stories in Richard Dolan’s books about U.S. nuclear missile sites being disabled by UFOs at various places so that they couldn’t fire anything way back in the 60s at the height of the Cold War. Was that a message to the powers that be that no nuclear war would ever be allowed? Did 4D STS send a message in that way that nobody would be allowed to push the button, because you’d kill everybody? Since this world is like a farm, their cattle would all be killed. Is that anywhere close to the truth?
A: Close.
When the C’s answer “close,” it often indicates that the question contains either specific words or assumptions that are mistaken. If the question only contains minor assumptions, the C’s sometimes answer “close enough.” In this case, “close” could mean that disabling missiles is a message, but not quite the exact message laid out in the question.
It seems that, at least at certain levels within the U.S. government, the reason for NHI interest in nuclear technology is unknown. If this is the case, their understanding of the intended message may come down to guesswork. According to Elizondo, when he asked one of his colleagues about this:
They shrugged. It was one of the eternal UAP mysteries. Were aliens paying attention to these sites because our testing of nuclear technology had perhaps caused their aircraft to crash? Were these highly evolved visitors genuinely concerned that humans would annihilate themselves and ruin the planet? Did they simply want their toys back? Do they somehow draw power from these sites? We have no clue, I was told back in 2009.
However, Elizondo and AATIP would later conclude: “Whoever or whatever was controlling the UAP was clearly doing some form of ISR [intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance].” A superior culture doing this would:
[…] try to assess your enemy’s military prowess, response, and capabilities. You would surreptitiously test neutralizing their best weapons. You would want to understand their physiology, their bodily immune defenses, and perhaps their food sources, livestock, and agriculture. You would mount a series of reconnaissance on a small segment of their population, just to see if you could pull it off.
Similarly, the SCU scientists mentioned above concluded that “an atomic weapons survey was the most likely scenario” for the UFO-nukes connection.
General military survey was the next likely scenario. Atomic warfare prevention and military aggression appeared as the least likely scenarios, in that order; we found little evidence to support prevention or aggression as primary intentions.
In support of the “most likely” scenario, they cite “the frequency, type, and pattern of UAP activity,” including the finding mentioned above: that the highest levels of activity occurred early in the nuclear program and at the earliest stages of any particular facility’s operations, suggesting a “time-delimited survey.” General military engagements are present in the historical record, but are less frequent than atomic-related activity: “There are no similar security reports of such intrusions [i.e. low altitude and ground level] at conventional military bases, nothing like the multiple incidents at Strategic Air Command bases.”
As for atomic warfare prevention, they note that this only has “some support,” namely “directed engagements with missile launch systems and military aircraft.” However, “the few that are on record are spread out over the full period of the study and exhibit no continual pattern of activity.” The authors add: “The possibility that such incidents were a form of ‘messaging’ or some type of attempted communications has to be considered.”
Hastings suggests some possible messages, including a simple show of force to demonstrate technological superiority. He writes:
Despite the many unanswered questions, I believe that the collective testimony of my sources, as well as those interviewed by other researchers, strongly supports the idea that those who pilot the UFOs are determined to make our military strategists and their superiors think twice, not only about using nukes as an instrument of war, but about possessing them in the first place.
In response to the idea that “aliens are here to save us from ourselves” (or, alternatively, to save us for themselves) by intervening to prevent wholesale nuclear destruction, Hastings writes:
The occasional disruption of a few of our missiles falls well short of a comprehensive intervention in the still very real nuclear stand-off between the US and Russia. […] there has obviously been no unilateral action on the part of our Visitors to disable those weapons themselves, except in the most limited, intermittent manner.
Some events described below support this idea that the UFO occupants are not all-powerful in the face of humanity’s nuclear weaponry.

Q: (L) In other words, some of these idiots that are setting off atomic bombs could be having similar effects or results on other individuals in other realms from their experiments [as compared to the Dyatlov Pass incident]?
A: Yes.
In a 2023 interview, Australian journalist Ross Coulthart said the following:
I do think the evidence is overwhelming that there is a non-human intelligence. That’s the new new word, NHI, not necessarily alien, because it might be interdimensional. […] There is an intelligence allegedly engaging with this planet that’s been taking an interest in, particularly, our nuclear weapons […] There’s been speculation […] that […] there is some kind of interdimensional interference caused by the explosion of a hydrogen bomb that is interfering with the life and enjoyment of people in other universes […] So maybe one of the explanations is that whatever it is that we’re doing by testing nuclear weapons, it’s upsetting the neighborhood.

Q: (Approaching Infinity) Why is 4D STS so interested in all our nuclear activities, whether energy or weapons related? The background being, while many think they are just concerned that we don’t destroy ourselves, others like Tom DeLonge say it is because nukes can actually damage them, that they have negative effects in their dimension.
A: Yes.
Q: (Approaching Infinity) Also, the C’s have said that setting off nukes could have effects on beings in other realms similar to Dyatlov Pass.
A: There is your answer!
Q: (L) So the reason they’re concerned or interested is because nukes can break dimensional barriers?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) And those barriers can be not just between horizontal dimensions, but between densities?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) And also is it true that that energy can go into those other densities or dimensions and cause damage there?
A: Yes.
According to Tom DeLonge (summarized here), the reason for the UFO/nuke connection is that nuclear weapons are the only thing that can harm them, and the reason the U.S. and U.S.S.R. continued to do so many tests was because leadership understood this. A small group of Russians and Americans used these tests against the “others” as a way to “fly-swat some bugs out of the sky.” Dr. John Brandenberg has echoed DeLonge’s statements, saying: “The reason the aliens are so interested in our nuclear weapons is because they fear them.”
DeLonge revealed that a high-altitude nuclear test brought down a UFO in the 1960s. This was the Bluegill Triple Prime test of October 26, 1962 (which DeLonge mistakenly believed to be the Starfish Prime test on July 8, 1962). In December 2024, ex-Australian intelligence official and UAP researcher Geoff Cruickshank collected all the evidence suggesting the test downed a UFO, culled from newly declassified documents, film footage, scientific reports and naval recovery logs.
Harald Malmgren, advisor to four presidents (including JFK), held the highest possible security clearances at the time, leading the U.S. Department of Defense’s nuclear weapons and anti-missile defense work. Shortly after the publication of Cruickshank’s piece, Malmgren confirmed that the test had indeed downed a UFO, writing on X (grammar corrected):
I want to thank Christopher Sharp for publishing Geoff Cruickshank’s deep dive into the events around one missile test in 1962 that I worked on in my capacity as an advisor to the Joint Chiefs. He has done an excellent job of explaining the significance of the test. It helps us understand why JFK, LBJ and soon after, I myself, all rushed to visit Los Alamos National Laboratory soon afterwards. (X)
The results of this specific XW-50-X1 [test] was directly reported to me as leader of anti-missile project for JCS, and reported directly to JFK. […] I went to Los Alamos to verify. (X)
He knew a UFO had been downed “As soon as I received the report from Los Alamos in early November, at the same time as that report was made to JFK.” He “was given no advice regarding friend or foe of the disabled UFO tag-along.”
Q clearance was provided to enable work on nuclear weapons and nuclear energy, but subject to “need to know.” On October Bluegill XW-50-X1 test success, AEC determined info on UFO tag-along denied to POTUS and to me although Q cleared. Solution was come to Los Alamos for specified names. (X)

Q: (Windmill knight) The C’s have confirmed that nuclear detonations can have effects on other densities or dimensions, that they can break dimensional barriers or even cause damage there. Do people who die in nuclear blasts have difficulty or suffer some sort of additional effect when transitioning to 5D due to the nuclear energy?
A: Yes. And it is a great “sin” to utilize such bombs.
Q: (L) So, in other words, the damage that is done by them is so heinous that those who are involved in doing it incur very, very serious karmic burdens. Is that what we’re getting at here?
A: Yes.
John Keel speculated as much in his 1971 book, Our Haunted Planet, writing:
In recent years hundreds of UFO contactees have been warned by the long-haired Venusians that our atomic experiments will lead to disaster. Could it be, as some have said, that atomic bombs not only kill cities, but that they also kill or disintegrate souls? If the soul is a fragment of energy linked to some greater mass of intelligent energy, then this anti-atomic-bomb posture of the ultraterrestrials could be defensive. The bomb at Hiroshima may have blown a hole in some other world beyond our space-time continuum.... and a lot of moon food may have been lost in the bargain.
Similarly, “Ra” in the Law of One said the following regarding the victims of Hiroshima and Nagasaki:
Those who were destroyed, not by radiation, but by the trauma of the energy release, found not only the body […] made unviable, but also a disarrangement of that unique vibratory complex you have called the spirit […] to be completely disarranged without possibility of re-integration.
Such damage, according to Ra, requires special healing of the discarnate spirit.
There is also a “contact” component to the UFO-nuclear connection. Hastings only hints at this in his first book, highlighting the odd experiences of some of his military witnesses. For example, he describes the case of Christopher Smith, whose experience took place at Loring AFB, Maine, in 1962. Despite witnessing a massive cigar-shaped UFO above the B-52 flight line within shooting distance, “he and the other witnesses standing nearby him all went about their business as if nothing had happened” after it departed at a high velocity. “But at the time, it didn’t even occur to me that it was [strange]. It was like a dream or as if it never happened, but it did.”
Hastings points out how common this is in UFO sightings. (Recall from volume 1 that Terry Lovelace recalled an AFOSI-linked psychologist referred to it as “alien apathy” during his interrogation.) In these cases, “the emotion of fear had been mysteriously suppressed by some unknown mechanism, rendering [the witnesses] calm and compliant for its duration. Moreover, other illogical behavior has also been reported, including a post-encounter nonchalance totally inappropriate for the situation.”
He cites another case, that of James M. Dunn, also at Loring AFB, in the fall of 1975. This UFO was spotted over the weapons storage area. Dunn told Hastings:
I talked to the sarge later and he told me he had the feeling that [the light] wasn’t a threat. It’s kind of hard to explain but—he knew it was something intelligent—but not threatening. I had that feeling too, I don’t know why. […] It’s funny. I can’t explain it to you, but I knew and Sarge knew that there was no attack going on. […] I was trained to react as a K-9 security [guard], you know, you radio it in if you think it’s important, but it’s a hard one to explain, I can’t really tell you why we—we almost got the feeling of non-threat […] Sarge told me that he had the feeling, from the light, that he was being dissected almost, or studied. […] It was like everyone wanted to forget the incident.
However, in his second book, Confession, co-written with Dr. Bob Jacobs (who in 1964 filmed the test flight of a dummy nuclear warhead for the Air Force, capturing a flying saucer disabling the warhead in the process), Hastings reveals that a number of witnesses have experienced alien contact or abductions, including Hastings himself, Jacobs, Bob Salas (Malmstrom AFB, 1967), Jeff Goodrich (Malmstrom AFB, 1996), Mario Woods (Ellsworth AFB, 1977) and Terry Lovelace (Whiteman AFB, 1975).
In volume 1 we quoted Dr. David Jacobs’s assessment that “the majority, if not all, of ‘close encounter’ UFO sightings are the beginnings or endings of abduction events. Even high-level sightings may be indicative of abductions.” Couple this with the C’s comment regarding the mystery drone flap that their purpose was “psychic reading and influencing of selected populations.” How many of Hastings’s witnesses had such experiences and either forgot (via manipulation of their emotions and memories) or simply kept them to themselves?
A final aspect to consider is the “programming” component of abductions. In volume 1 we noted a tendency of some abductees to “convert” to a different worldview, e.g. adopting vegetarianism, non-smoking, environmentalism. UFO researcher Grant Cameron, in Sky Pilots, writes that many of the subjects of his book “describe themselves as having a mission connected to their experiences on the ship. Usually, the mission has to do with rescuing the planet from the scourge of nuclear weapons and nuclear power.”
Along these lines, in Dominion Lost, Bruce Rapuano summarizes what one abductee told John Mack:
In the early 1990’s, another abduction experiencer was also shown scenes of humankind’s destructive impact on the environment and was directly told telepathically by one of the aliens that “You are killing your planet. Your planet is dying.”
On the other hand, the same abductee felt that the aliens are primarily concerned about protecting the earth for themselves, not us. “Our destructive path is bad for business to carry on as usual.” The beings are “serving themselves” and the objective of their interactions with humans is “to take care of an investment.”
The abductee was also told by the aliens that the planet’s air and water are contaminated, our world’s plant life is dying and the biosphere is overpopulated by homo sapiens. The tremendous stockpiles of nuclear and biological weapons that many nations have are further contributing to the contamination of the environment, presumable due to testing and accidental release.

It's interesting to consider this as a possibility and what must have occurred behind the scenes to end global nuclear testing.
