Space-Based UAP
UFO’s in space have been reported over the entire era of space exploration. Independent filmmaker Darcy Weir has produced a series of documentaries (Secret Space UFOs) tracking this history of accounts and footage, from the early X-15, Project Mercury and Gemini missions, to Apollo 1-11 and subsequent space missions.

Q: (L) There were rumors on the internet that a respected scientist [Norman Bergrun, a former NASA engineer and author of the 1986 book Ringmakers of Saturn] described a “ship” in orbit around the planet Saturn, which was said to be as large as the planet Earth. And, supposedly, he said that the photographs from the space probe that sent back the pictures of Saturn’s rings showed this ship clearly with portholes in it. Is this thing seen in orbit around Saturn, described by this NASA scientist on television, which I cannot confirm because I did not see it – is it, in fact, an artificially constructed craft of some sort?
A: No.
Q: (L) What was being seen?
A: It was an artificially constructed tale.
December 4, 1999
Q: Now, according to some information posted on the Millennium Group site [now defunct], there are some photographs that seem to indicate that there is something anomalous in orbit around the Sun – maybe a new “planet” or something. Is there a new object in our solar system in a close orbit around the sun?
A: Maybe.
Q: There is conjecture that this object appeared around the time of the passage of the Hale Bopp comet. Is that the case?
A: No.
Q: Is this object that is possibly in orbit around the sun, is it a natural or artificial construction?
A: Latter.
Q Who constructed it?
A: Orion STS. […] HQ [headquarters] for your star system.
Q: OK, you said “maybe” to this being a “new object.” When did it arrive, or when was it placed there?
A: You measure “time” linearly.
Q: Can we give it a “linear” definition, or does it come and go through some sort of portal in terms of time, in a cyclical way, or a variable and selective way?
A: Yes, but it arrived at that coordinate 26,730 years ago, sort of.
Q: What is its orbit, or distance from the Sun?
A: 31,230,000 miles. [Mercury orbits at approximately 36 million miles.]
Q: How large is this object?
A: 1005.6 kilometers diameter.
Terry Lovelace was told during his 1977 abduction that the ship he was taken to (near lunar orbit) was 500+ kilometers long (and 75 km tall). Other abductees sometimes report similarly massive “motherships.”
Q: What is the general configuration or shape of it? […]
A: Partial sphere, hexagonal.
Q: (A) Is it in a circular orbit or an elliptical orbit?
A: Circular. Rotation is altered by guidance system, gravitationally powered.
Q: What is its angle to the plane of the ecliptic?
A: 21 degrees.
Q: […] Now, what do these Orions do in this object? I mean, isn’t it a little warm so close to the sun? I know. That’s a stupid question. Space is cold.
A: Yes, and study magnetism for answers.
Q: Do Orions live in this object?
A: Close.
Q: Do they use it as a transfer portal?
A: Yes.
Q: So, it is a doorway, so to speak?
A: Doorway as are many.
Q: How many of these objects are in our solar system?
A: Two.
Q: Where is the other one?
A: Outside, on the fringe of the solar system.
Q: Is the government, or some faction or department, aware of this object?
A: Yes.
Q: Anything else you can tell us about this object?
A: No need.
Q: Now, in terms of the photographs of this object, it looks sort of like two cylindrical objects with a dome or energy flow arc at the top. Could you tell us what we were seeing.
A: The object.
Q: Was it two-part?
A: No.
Q: What was this arc looking part? Part of the spherical part?
A: Your visual perspective.
Q: Are the two cylindrical parts aspects of the hexagonal shape extending down from a spherical cap?
A: Close.

Q: (L) I am curious about this object [J002E3] that was seen in orbit around the Earth by an amateur astronomer. As soon as he announced it, it was suddenly explained away as an old rocket booster that was orbiting the Sun, and has now been recaptured and is in orbit around Earth. Yeah, right. Since 1969 it’s been orbiting the Sun. Is this an old, cast-off rocket booster?
A: No.
Q: (L) What is it?
A: High-level scanner of sectors.
Q: (L) Like a radar? A satellite?
A: Similar, but more advanced.
Q: (L) Who does it belong to?
A: High-level consortium. [More on this “consortium” in a future series.]
Q: (L) Human or alien?
A: Both.
March 9, 2024
Q: (irjO) The Black Knight was the name first given to a satellite or object detected by astronomers in the early 1960s [actually mid-1950’s] circling the Earth in a polar orbit – allegedly neither American nor Russian. Is it space junk, as the debunkers say, or a real satellite?
A: Yes.
Q: (irjO) Who built it?
A: Nordics and Lizzies.
Q: (irjO) What was/is its function?
A: Scanning and sending directed control signals. Can bounce to reach targets.
Q: (L) [Reading September 21, 2002, excerpt] “A high-level scanner of sectors.” Basically the same thing. “Similar but more advanced. High-level consortium. Human or alien? Both.” Well, OK. I think that must be the one, it was about the Black Knight. We just didn’t name it that.
Ray Fowler has a section on “Mystery Satellites” in his book Watchers II. The earliest report he cites was from April 1949: a 105-foot diameter object flying at an altitude of 56 miles. Naval Commander Robert B. McLaughlin leaked the sighting to the press in 1950. In 1953, UFO researcher Maj. Donald Keyhoe was told by a naval captain of a “big [UFO]” orbiting Earth. The Captain had assumed Keyhoe had been told about it and clammed up when it was clear Keyhoe wasn’t aware of the object. In 1954, Keyhoe told reporters that two satellites had been detected by scientists at White Sands, NM. In 1955, another source told Keyhoe that experimental long-range radar had spotted “a satellite between 400 and 600 miles out…big enough for a mother ship” orbiting near the equator at 18,000 miles per hour. Dr. Lincoln La Paz (who investigated the “green fireballs”) had similarly told Aviation Week about two satellites discovered at 400 and 600 miles, respectively. (Sputnik would not be launched until 1957.)
In his journals from 1957-1969 (published as volume 1 of Forbidden Science), Jacques Vallée records how while working for the French Space Committee tracking satellites, he photographed numerous anomalous objects, for example on July 11, 1961. However, his boss, Paul Muller, destroyed the tapes, “although a similar object had just been tracked by other astronomers” in other locations. Muller said the Americans, to whom they sent their data, would have laughed at them. Vallée would later learn that American tracking stations had picked up the same object.
Fowler writes that in the 1960s, “while working on the Minuteman Missile project […] I was given confidential information from a trusted source. He told me that a deep space radar system at Westford, Massachusetts, was tracking unknown objects entering and leaving orbit” (recall similar reports from the USS Nimitz flap). When he asked the station’s PR director, “he was upset and told me that some people don’t know how to keep their mouths shut.” These were classified as “Unknown Observations” (UOs) and Deep Space Uncorrelated Targets (DC UCTs): “Such objects, especially those that enter and orbit under intelligent control, are among the highest classified subjects in the United States.”
In volume 2 of his UFOs and the National Security State, Richard Dolan writes:
During the early 1980s, [Simone] Mendez held a Top Secret Clearance while working at Nellis AFB […] In October 1981, a friend gave her a Top Secret message stating that NORAD had detected deep space objects entering Earth’s atmosphere. Mendez subsequently underwent intensive interrogation by the Air Force […]
The best-documented, potentially anomalous “satellites” were the so-called transients discovered by Solano, Marcy, Villarroel et al., which were photographed on July 19, 1952, one of the two weekends that UFO’s overflew the White House. They also discovered five transients from July 27th, the other relevant weekend. Transients are star-like objects that appear on astronomical plates, but are not present before or after. Incidentally, UFO debunker and suspected MJ-12 member Donald Menzel was responsible for the destruction of one third of the astronomical photographic plates as Director of the Harvard College Observatory from 1952 to 1966.

Q: (Perceval) Those strange circular objects that fell in Spain, they said they were gas tanks from a satellite. Is that what they were?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Question is: How come they’re falling? (Perceval) Why did two of them fall in the same place in Spain?
A: Put there as message.
Q: (L) Are you saying that aliens in spaceships put them there?
A: Something like that.
Q: (L) And what about the satellites that they were attached to?
A: Gone. Poof. Part of the message.
Q: […] (Perceval) A message to whom?
A: Who do you think? The people that put them in space!
Q: (Perceval) I think they’re saying they were put there as part of the message. Directly placed. But the satellites were shot down, and that was part of the message. They were from American satellites?
A: Yes.
Q: (Scottie) Of course, we don’t know what kind of satellites they were. There are many kinds of satellites. Hmm…
A: The kind that were intended as “defense” against what is “out there”.
According to Space Safety Magazine, these tanks were part of the rocket body, not the actual satellite put in place by the rocket: “The mystery was solved by Satobs, a network of amateur astronomers. According to Satobs the spheres found in Spain are COPV (composite overwrapped pressure vessel) tanks from a Centaur rocket body, the upper stage of the Atlas-V rocket, launched on March 13, 2008 from Vandenberg AFB that carried the NROL-28 payload for the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office.” NROL-28 is a signals intelligence satellite, the details of which are classified.

Q: (Joe) Is the ʻOumuamua space rock an alien spaceship or probe? [Harvard astronomer Avi Loeb, of the Galileo Project, believed the object may be artificial due to its unusual inferred shape (either tubular or disc-like).]
A: Just wait a bit longer and all will become clear. […] Recall that a spacecraft leaving your solar system experienced the same effect though at a greater distance?
Q: […] (Scottie) Voyager or something? I remember reading about how it was speeding up and slowing down and they didn’t know why. (Ark) Pioneer. [The current explanation for the anomalous slow-down is “thermal recoil force,” though that hypothesis has detractors.] (L) So it happened to our spacecraft against its programming. I guess what you’re trying to say is that possibly the same effects that were acting on the Earth-based spacecraft that was sent out were also acting on this rock. So, it’s not evidence of its alien source, but more evidence of some kind of forces in our solar system that we do not know about or understand. Is that what you’re trying to say?
A: Yes.
Q: (Pierre) Any object – spacecraft or rock – will experience the same anomalies. (L) There are things out there that we just don’t know about. (Joe) And it could be related to its shape and size. It’s an unusual shape and size. It’s very flat and thin. (L) But just because it was speeding up or slowing down doesn’t mean it’s an alien craft.

Q: (LQB) The IRAS-B satellite IR payload made a significant discovery in the 1980s that was promptly suppressed. What was detected?
A: Mothership in orbit. […] It is usually cloaked but occasionally is exposed due to EM anomalies around planet.
Q: (L) So it was uncloaked at some moment when this satellite caught a glimpse, is that it?
A: Yes.
Wikipedia describes the discovery in question:
The observatory made headlines briefly with the announcement on December 10, 1983 of the discovery of an “unknown object” at first described as “possibly as large as the giant planet Jupiter and possibly so close to Earth that it would be part of this solar system.” Further analysis revealed that, of several unidentified objects, nine were distant galaxies and the tenth was “intergalactic cirrus”. None were found to be Solar System bodies.

Q: (Puma) On December 20, 2022, scientist Zesheng Yang reported an unusual object in the LASCO C2 and C3 fields of view, and he reported it because he knew that this was something different, not a comet. In the image, on the east side, we can see an object that seems to go directly towards the sun as if it were a sun-diving comet, however, a second later it describes a curve moving away. SOHO stated that this object was actually a speck of dust from a micrometeorite near the spacecraft/satellite. Is SOHO correct?
A: No.
Q: (Puma) If not, what was that object? (Joe) A weather balloon. [Laughter]
A: UFO.
UFO Miscellanea
Ray Fowler summarizes the UFO situation as follows in Watchers II:
On the one hand we have visible, seemingly physical, machine-like objects that perform right-angle turns at high speed without a curve radius; objects that move through the air at speeds well above sound, yet do not cause sonic booms; objects that hover, float and bob like a controlled helium-filled balloon rather than a heavy vehicle; objects that descend like lightweight falling leaves; and objects affected by air resistance causing them to move through the air in an up-and-down motion, like a boat skipping over the surface of water. On the other hand, the same objects display the attributes of mass. These include strong radar returns identical to those reflected off metallic aircraft, the deflection of bullets which ricochet off a solid surface, the causation of ground effects such as burns, broken branches, radiation and pod marks that indicate the landing of an object weighing tons. […] radar and/or visual sightings [also] reveal a displacement of UFOs from one point to another instantaneously without benefit of a flight path. The objects seem to disappear into another co-existing dimension and then pop back into ours at another location!
He concludes that the phenomenon is paraphysical in nature: both physical and non-physical.
The excerpts in this section deal with references to additional sightings and flaps, as well as other questions pertaining to their nature:

Q: (L) Do the tabloids print truth about UFO’s?
A: Very often.
In a one-page warning to the UFO community published in Saucer Scoop in 1968, John Keel wrote: “The only tabloid which does a responsible job of presenting UFO information is the National Enquirer. Their staff is well versed in the subject and well-known newspapermen, such as the late Damon Runyon, Jr. are frequent contributors although they usually use a pseudonym.” Bob Pratt, author of UFO Danger Zone on the Colares, Brazil, encounters, wrote for the Enquirer, which also published in 1983 the account of Jackie Gleason’s trip with Nixon to view dead alien bodies.
Terry Hansen, author of the definitive book on the media and UFO’s, The Missing Times: News Media Complicity in the UFO Cover-Up, argues that the tabloids are often used to leak details of real events (e.g. “UFOs Spotted at Nuclear Bases and Missile Sites”) as a form of psychological warfare in order to discredit them, since no one in the intelligentsia would then take them seriously: “If an independent-minded reporter tried to follow up on the story, no reputable publication would print it because of its roots in the tabloid press.”

Q: (L) All the UFO sightings in Gulf Breeze, are these aliens or government experiments?
A: Some are and some are projections.
Q: (L) And who is responsible?
A: Multiple sources.
Q: (L) Positive or negative?
A: Both.
November 7, 1994
Q: (L) How do UFOs affect the electrical systems of automobiles and so forth, and why is this phenomenon also associated with hauntings?
A: Electromagnetic pulse. Can be manifestations of hauntings also. […] all these phenomena are interdimensional?
Q: (L) Is there something about moving from one dimension to another that creates this electromagnetic pulse?
A: Yes. Kind of like breaking the sound barrier. […]
Q: (L) Why are UFO’s frequently sighted over geological fault lines?
A: Electromagnetism. Use electrical free waves as fuel for power restoration.
Q: (L) Could it be that the UFO’s are a manifestation of the geomagnetic energies emitted at fault lines?
A: No. Not all theories are correct and some are not even sincere.
Q: (L) What is the connection between UFO’s and earthquakes?
A: Is none. Coincidence. If they are there, some fault breaks produce EM fields which are visible briefly as red or yellow light flashes [called “earthquake lights” or “earthquake flashes”]. […]
Q: (L) What is the relationship between UFO’s and clouds?
A: Can create clouds or appear as clouds but no other relationship.
See the references to “cloud cigars” in the section on oval-shaped UAP. As another example, Moira McGhee shares the case of “Mary,” who in 1955 was driving her brand-new car when a dark shadow appeared overhead in broad daylight. The car shut off and came to a halt: “I got out, and about 18 feet above me was a solid grey ‘cloud’, with a well-defined oval perimeter which covered the entire road. It came to a halt, and seemed to solidify into a bell-shaped craft.”

Q: (L) Is it true that some people may not see ET’s or UFO’s because they block it from their own minds?
A: This can happen or the blockage may be inspired by the alien.
March 4, 1995
Q: (L) In the annotated copy of the Morris K. Jessup book [The Case for the UFO (1955)], there were three people annotating: Mr. A., Mr. B., and one known as Jemi. One of the references was to the sighting made by Kenneth Arnold. In reference to that sighting, Mr. B wrote: “Don’t worry, Jemi, those were LM ships not S men. They are an improved type and were on a training flight. That is why their leader interconnected their force fields, to teach them level tele-control without inducing a fear block.” Now, what is an LM ship?
A: Light matter.
Q: (L) What is an “S man”?
A: Secret order member. [Assuming there is any truth to the annotations, this may be a reference to the “Nation of the Third Eye,” or undergrounders, discussed in volume 1.]
May 7, 1995
UFO’s are often described dropping molten metal. This phenomenon goes back to 1947 with the infamous Maury Island incident, which took place three days before Kenneth Arnold’s sighting. Fred Crisman and Harold Dahl reported that, while at sea, the encountered six UFO’s, one of which dropped metallic slag and chunks (some lightweight, some heavy) on their boat, allegedly killing Dahl’s dog and injuring one of the men. (The case was initially investigated by Arnold himself.)
In his 2024 Netflix series Investigation Alien, George Knapp covered the December 17, 1977, Council Bluffs, Iowa, case, in which Mike Moore (and 10 other independent witnesses) observed a low-flying UFO dripping molten metal, which he recovered. Dr. Garry Nolan analyzed the samples and ruled out the leading skeptical hypothesis, that the metal was thermite. Billy Kryzak analyzed a number of recent UFO slag videos in late 2024, and a British woman recovered some hardened slag from a similar event that occurred in the countryside in the South of England (Wickham) in December 2024.
“Angel hair” has also been long reported, described as sticky, fibrous material resembling cotton wool or cobwebs that often dissolves upon contact after falling from the sky. UFO researcher Brian Boldman found that 57% of angel-hair cases also involved UFO reports. A study of the angel hair deposited during the 1954 Florence, Italy, event found it to contain boron, silicon, calcium and magnesium. Witnesses to the 1952 Oloron, France, case who were able to roll the angel hair into a ball found that it “turned into a gelatinlike substance and vanished.”
Q: (L) What is angel hair that has been seen to fall from UFO’s?
A: AKA “slag.”
Q: (J) Is it byproduct of the propulsion systems?
A: And of transdimensional maneuvers.
Q: (T) That’s why it dissolves and goes away. […]
In his 2024 book Imminent, Luis Elizondo writes that he has handled some “angel hair,” describing it as resembling steel wool: “The working theory is that the exteriors of these aircraft are ablative in nature; that is to say, they are capable of self-sacrificing. When the skin of the craft interacts with the propulsion unit, the craft ablates, or peels off, some of its outer surface, resulting in these fibers.”
Q: (L) On many occasions there have been fiery falls of objects from the sky which leave a gelatinous substance which then disappears. Is there any significance to this that we would be…
A: See previous answer.
Netflix featured a case on anomalous gel as well, in their series Files of the Unexplained (2024): the Oakville blobs. In August 1994, translucent, gelatinous blobs of gel rained down on the Washington area several times, causing some residents to become sick and livestock to die. The case also features a possible MIB connection. Mike McDowell, who worked for the State Department of Health, tested samples of the blobs. However, according to his sons, before he could finish his tests, men in black suits came into the lab and took the samples. McDowell thought the blobs were probably a germ warfare delivery medium and was upset for years that he was unable to complete his study.

Q: (L) Is there any particular reason why more abductions and UFO sightings occur at night?
A: Not correct.
Q: (L) So, you mean there is as much activity in the daytime as there is at night?
A: Yes. […]
Q: (L) Now, we want to know if there is any correlation between movement of UFO’s and weather patterns… (J) Specifically, thunderstorms.
A: Correlation?
Q: (L) OK, can UFO’s not fly during thunderstorms, or electrical storms?
A: Incorrect.
Q: (L) OK, they can fly during thunderstorms?
A: Yes. But “fly” is improper term.
Q: (L) OK, what do they do during thunderstorms if they don’t fly? […]
A: Operate. [In other words, they aren’t using any form of conventional propulsion.]
Q: (T) Well, the real question is: does the thunderstorm interfere in the EM flow between densities?
A: Can.
Q: (L) Can thunderstorms interfere with their projection ability?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Do thunderstorms or electrical activity inhibit them?
A: Ionization. [This will become relevant when we cover Roswell in a future series.]
August 12, 1995 (direct channeling)
Q: (L) Well, if these craft emerge into our reality from 4th density, as I assume some of them do, how do they stay here? Do they become absolutely physically material and do they remain here?
A: If they malfunction in 3rd density, they then become frozen in 3rd density. Very simple.
Q: (L) And, does the same hold true for the beings?
A: Precisely.
Q: (L) So, in a very real sense, they are very real and physical...
A: They are very real and physical in 4th density too. The difference is that 4th-density physicality is not the same as 3rd-density physicality. […] Each density level, one through four, involves lesser and lesser physicality, as you know it, but nevertheless there still is physicality. […] when a being or a craft or an instrument of any kind manufactured or conceived in 4th density arrives in 3rd density, it is able to navigate through 3rd density in 4th-density reality. However, when it malfunctions, whatever is left of it remains in 3rd density. Those reports of objects or of any physical structure whatsoever, be it a being or a construct, disappearing from 3rd density to 4th density, in each and every case, involves an object or a being, or a construct, which is not in the process of malfunctioning. It is still fully operational at its 4th-density realm. It is merely visiting 3rd density, which has a limited capacity, as you measure time in its passage, therefore it does, indeed, remove itself naturally, at some point, to 4th density. However, if it malfunctions or is in any way broken or altered, it will remain in 3rd density.
Jordan Jozak (aka “Martin”), of Skywatcher, who claims to have been unwittingly trained in psionic abilities as a youth in the GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) program, describes his impressions of NHI: “They’re spiritually [and] consciously advanced to the point physical matter is irrelevant. A biological body is more like a body suit and a UAP is like a car to seat their consciousness in as they interact in the 3rd density [of consciousness]. If their body dies, or the craft crashes, print another one and reseat your eternal consciousness back into it.”

Q: (T) Why is there so much UFO activity [over New Mexico, the site of several trans-density bases, and where atomic bombs were first tested]? Tell me.
A: Bleed-through.
Q: (L) So they’re flying around in 4th density… (T) …and they’re showing up here in 3rd because…
A: Wait ’til shift is complete.
Q: (L) Do you mean the shift of New Mexico? Or the total shift? (T) I think they’re making the sarcastic statement: “Wait till shift is complete… We ain’t seen nuthin yet!!” We’re just beginning to.
A: Yes.
November 18, 1995
Q: (F) Twenty years ago there were no strobe lights on any of those vehicles mentioned. They had the old flasher-type lights. Now, more and more and more there are strobe lights appearing in all kinds of places. […] (L) Is the strobing of a strobe light set at a certain frequency in order to do certain things?
A: Hypnotic opener. […]
Q: (L) What is the purpose of the hypnotic opener being used in this way?
A: You don’t notice the craft. […] Opener. Is precursor to suggestion, which is auditory in nature [e.g. radio, TV, extremely low frequency]. […]
Q: (L) If you encounter a strobe while driving, or you are sitting in front of your television, then the suggestions can be put into you better because of this hypnotically opened state? Is that it?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) What are these suggestions designed to do, to suggest? In a general sense? […] Not see the craft?
A: Yes. […]
Q: (L) And this process prevents us from seeing something, such as craft flying in our skies at any given time?
A: Or maybe see them as something else.
Stroboscopic light is known to induce altered states, e.g. producing psychedelic-like effects. According to one paper: “Turning on and off light or sound leads to short-term excitation of the central nervous system, while longer lasting stimulation has led to drowsiness and mixed alpha-theta activity and to bodily relaxation […] a strong trance inducing ability of photic stimulation (10 min) has been demonstrated.” Some hypnotherapists also use stroboscopic neurostimulators to induce altered states.
January 13, 1996
A: […] [Addressed to Pat Z., during whose hypnosis session UFOs were sighted over the house], the “blue thing” you saw was not an aural imprint reading, it was a 4th-density craft partially transferred into 3rd density. Your deep subconscious memory remembers much, much more.
February 17, 1996
Q: (L) I read the other day about an association between UFO’s and breaking things. Is there?
A: Some, yes.
Q: (L) In the experiences that I had myself, where a lot of things either broke in some strange relation to me, or disappeared, and specifically the incident when C.G. and I were coming back from North Carolina and the window in the car exploded, were any of these events related to UFO activity?
A: Maybe.
August 9, 1997
Q: Now, this Jason Dunlap is printing a lot of stuff that reminds me of the Hale Bopp incident. There is a lot being said about the sightings out in the Southwest area. They are saying that this is the “new” imminent invasion or mass landing. Can you comment on this activity?
A: Prelude to the biggest “flap” ever.
Q: And where will this flap be located?
A: Earth.
Q: When is it going to begin?
A: Starting already.
Q: Is this biggest flap going to be just a flap, or is it going to be an invasion?
A: Not yet. […] Invasion happens when programming is complete…
Q: What programming?
A: See Bible, “LUCID” book [by Texe Marrs], Matrix material [by Val Valerian], “Bringers of the Dawn” [by Barbara Marciniak], and many other sources, then cross reference… [See the section in volume 1 on programming.]
Twenty-one years later they said this:
August 11, 2018
Q: (Pierre) About this recent drop in UFO sightings: Over the past month, sightings dropped drastically. I would like to know why?
A: Programming is complete.
Q: (Artemis) So they don’t have to come here anymore, or as often? (L) I don’t think they’ve gone anywhere. I think their job is done, and they’re just sitting back and enjoying the show!
A: Yes.
As the mystery drone flaps in the succeeding years show, sightings have not dropped off completely. If this statement is true, it might suggest either that the drop was temporary in nature and additional programming is necessary, or that the reasons for the sightings have changed, e.g. with more of them a result of “thinning of the veil” and fewer for the purpose of programming.
Incidentally, in his 2023 book Them, Whitley Strieber writes: “in recent years, abductions have become much less widespread. Contact continues but not on the same level that it did during the abduction days.”
February 28, 1998
Q: (L) I want to know something about this weird weather. There have been a lot of sightings in Gulf Breeze and falling fireballs out in Colorado, strange weather, but, to open the door to this, is there any more to be said about the increased UFO activity and the weather and all the other things going on at present?
A: Review early transcripts and predictions, leaving aside “time” frames.
For instance:
December 3, 1994
A: UFOs dramatic increase and Gulf Breeze gets swarmed, becomes massive “Mecca”. Laura sees much more UFO activity. Huge wave of UFO activity. All manner and origins. Just you wait, it will give you chills and that feeling in the pit of your stomach. Many aliens will appear and we will be visible too. Think of it as a convention. All must awaken to this. It is happening right now. The whole populace will play individual roles according to their individual frequencies. This is only the beginning. Just you wait “Henry Higgins,” just you wait!
I have not been able to track down a report for the following alleged USO sighting. Note the questions are phrased hypothetically:
June 27, 1998
Q: There are some people who have written me on the web who are telling me that they have a reliable report that there was a huge UFO seen sinking into the Pacific Ocean. Supposedly the Navy is watching it and there is a whole bunch of stuff going on. Is this story true?
A: Get the web data yourself, print and analyze for answer.
Q: […] If, in fact, such a UFO does exist, and did, in fact, submerge itself in the Pacific Ocean, theoretically speaking, what group of aliens would it belong to?
A: Orion STS.
Q: And, if such a UFO did, theoretically, submerge itself in the ocean, how large a craft would this have been?
A: 20 kilometers in diameter.
Q: And, how many alien beings might inhabit such a UFO?
A: 60,000.
Q: If such a UFO did submerge itself in the Pacific, where would it be at the present time? Still sitting on the bottom of the Pacific?
A: Underneath the floor.
Q: And if it was, in fact, under the ocean floor, what are the plans of said craft? What are the plans of the beings operating said craft?
A: Too complex.
Q: Well, if such a craft was there, is the Navy, or other agencies, aware that it is there?
A: Maybe.
Q: Is it being monitored?
A: Maybe.
Q: Has there been any contact?
A: Ask for further data.

Q: The first thing was that [a doctor] came to us with this story about a “near death experience.” After we started to talk about it, I realized that we couldn’t get a straight answer out of him. He talked for thirty minutes in 50 different directions; talked about death threats; talked about this event that he called a near death experience which clearly wasn’t; we had to stop him, back him up, stop him and back him up, over and over again just to get a sequential account of the events. He talked about hallucinations, going psychotic, schizophrenia, and on and on. And then finally, as if on cue, he said, “Oh, I saw a UFO.” Now, we had some funny impressions about this: was this guy an agent sent in to cause disruption in what we are doing here?
A: No.
Q: Did he have an abduction experience?
A: Not an abduction, but a close encounter.
Q: Were the effects he was experiencing part of a “bleed-through” of 4th density in the area?
A: To some extent.
Q: He was pretty distressed by all this, to the extent that he closed down his medical practice and just basically walked away from his life. Can you tell us what he wanted from us?
A: He is disjointed because he has been jarred semi-awake after years and years of programming. The effect has been something akin to a “nervous breakdown,” but it goes deeper than that. It is difficult for you to relate, as you have been “on track,” for the whole of your lives. He was a standard player. Severe experiences brought him to the brink, now he is both retrieving the shattered pieces of what is worthwhile that remains, and exploring the whole new arena that beckons.

Q: (L) What was this thing seen off of Hollywood recently which was claimed to be an ICBM being launched?
A: Nonsense. Flight of density-transiting craft.
This is probably a reference to this sighting on NUFORC from March 15, 2002, reported by a USC engineering graduate. The witness saw a “very strange object,” glowing brightly and flying in a zig-zag pattern at an unremarkable speed. “This object suddenly disappeared in a fraction of second as if it dissolved into skies.” It also left a zig-zag trail behind it which persisted into the evening. A missile was reportedly launched from Vandenberg AFB around the time in question.

Q: (Andromeda) What about the UFO in Jerusalem? […] (Perceval) According to the two people who recorded the UFO over Jerusalem and the comet, they seemed to happen at very close to the same time. Was there any connection between the two?
A: Yes.
Q: (Perceval) What was the connection?
A: Thinning of the veil. Electrical phenomena can do that.
Q: (Perceval) Would the UFO that was there normally not have been visible, but was seen because of the thinning of the veil?
A: More or less. The electric charges also can affect human perception.
Tom DeLonge, of To The Stars, expressed a similar idea: “The orbs that appear when you do the CE-5 meditation are these little machines, drones or whatever, that just sit there and wait for somebody to do that meditation protocol, and then it senses the frequency of somebody wanting to see it, and it de-cloaks itself for people to see.”
Q: (Andromeda) Was the thinning of the veil also responsible for the UFO some people saw at PaleoFest?
A: Oh indeed! But here the reason was a network enhancement of perception.

Q: (Perceval) Breton filmed a strange light in the sky about half an hour ago outside. Was that a UFO?
A: A case in point. We said that a “convention” was on the agenda some “years” ago.

Q: (fabric) So we were looking at the sky for the comet back on October 13th, and while we were staring in the empty space to the sky, low in the horizon, what looked like a bright ball of light appeared just for a brief second of maybe four or five orders of magnitude brighter than Venus in the sky at the time. And I thought I imagined it, but dugdeep also saw it briefly, except he perceived it slightly different from what I saw. And we weren’t sure what it was. And I don’t think it was a plane. It was nothing that I’ve ever recognized seeing in the sky. And we were just wondering what exactly that was? […] It wasn’t so much as a flash. It’s like it was shining like a star and it kind of just appeared for about a second and then it was gone. Just directly in front us where we were looking, there was nothing else around at the time. It didn’t move. (L) […] OK, what were they seeing?
A: Brief intrusion of hyperdimensional craft on mission.
Q: (L) You mean a brief intrusion into our reality?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Was it on a mission in our reality?
A: No.
Q: (Andromeda) Did it have anything to do with the comet that was in the sky that night?
A: No.
Q: (Joe) Was it a thinning of the veil?
A: Yes.
Q: (Joe) And was it because they are all so enlightened that the power of the eyes caused the veil to thin? No, I’m just kidding.
A: Close.
Historical Claims
Only a few historical (pre-20th century) UFO cases are covered in the sessions, but they are all of dubious quality.
September 30, 1994
Q: (L) What was the “star” [of Bethlehem] that indicated to the prophets…?
A: Spaceship.
Q: (L) What kind of spaceship?
A: Mother.
Q: (L) Where did this mothership come from?
A: Other realm.
October 5, 1994
Q: (L) What other realm did the mother ship come from that was sighted by the magi?
A: 5th density.
Q: […] (L) Was it here for specific purposes relating to the birth of Jesus?
A: To lead the prophets.
Q: (L) Was that the main purpose?
A: No. Also observation of event and encoding.
Q: (L) Encoding of what?
A: Infant.
Q: (L) Was that encoding done physically or telepathically?
A: Both.
However, a discussion thirty years later attributes some related answers from the above sessions to strongly held biases on the part of the two participants, throwing the above “mothership” answers into question as well:
July 12, 2014
Q: (L) When I asked the question about Jesus […] and there was something about three days in a comatose state, 96 hours of clear-channel meditation, emergence, prophesying to his followers, and then ascending into a mothership, where did that come from?
A: You and Frank mostly.
Q: (Andromeda) Did anything similar to that happen? (L) You want to know did anything similar to that take place with anybody, at any time?
A: No.
Q: (L) So, Frank was onto the UFO’s, and I was pretty determined that something remarkable must have happened. So between the two of us and our extremely strong invested beliefs, I don’t see how anything else could have come through. (Perceval) That story about Jesus coming to the cave, or being placed in a cave… That comes straight from your biblical… (L) My biblical training! And the UFO, Frank was all about UFO’s! (laughter) (Perceval) Trance meditation, you were fairly into that at the time. (L) So, it occurs to me that in terms of many of the transcripts, probably the best information is when we didn’t have any beliefs or assumptions about anything at all. We were just asking out of pure curiosity.
A: Yes.
With that said, and even if the birth account of Jesus as presented in the Gospels is not historically accurate, a similar interpretation of the Star of Bethlehem shows up in the UFO literature, e.g. in God Drives a Flying Saucer (1969) by R.L Dione. The Gospel story also has parallels to abduction literature, e.g. an anomalous birth facilitated by a nonhuman intelligence. This also appears in Bob Lazar’s account of the briefing documents he was shown at Area 51. He said that according to the documents:
Religion was specifically created so we have some rules and regulations for the sole purpose of not damaging the containers [i.e. bodies] […] and that they had something to do with the different ETs and biblical figures. Supposedly Jesus and two other beings were genetically engineered. They were implanted in people on Earth in biblical times and their births were closely monitored.

Q: The Yellow Emperor [Huangdi] of China – he had some talking, walking tripods [or ding]. […] What were his tripods?
A: Ground communicators.
Q: What did they communicate with? Each other, or something in the sky?
A: Both.
Q: What was in the sky that they communicated with?
A: Mothership.
Q: What was on the mothership?
A: Lizards.
Huangdi is generally considered a mythical figure and culture hero. His rule is traditionally dated to around 2,700 BC, but he is first attested only in the third century BC. It’s unclear what the source is for the tripod cauldrons talking and talking. However, this excerpt may become relevant when we deal with the god-king system in a future series.

Q: (L) [Reading] “The Gottschall Rock Shelter shows the story of Red Horn Giants and the Thunderbird.” What is this story depicting? What does the Thunderbird depict? [The Thunderbird is a mythological bird-like spirit common to several American tribes.]
A: UFO. […] STS craft.
While these historical claims are all unverifiable, they generally support the idea that NHI are responsible in some way for inspiring various myths and religions, a position argued by several ufologists, including John Keel and most recently by Tom DeLonge and Peter Levenda in their trilogy Gods, Man & War.

Q: (seek10) Is it true that UFO’s (great flying silvery shining shields) influenced Alexander the Great’s world conquest? The siege of Tyre and his decision to not invade India?
A: Yes, Alexander was manipulated.
While it is always possible Alexander was manipulated in this fashion, the account of two flying shields is a fabrication. As Jacques Vallée and Chris Aubeck write in Wonders in the Sky (2009):
According to a letter he wrote to Aristotle, Alexander the Great seized Venice when an object came down from the sky, shot a beam, and crumbled the walls. This is an entirely spurious account: We traced the story and discovered it was about the use of gunpowder, not an unexplained flying object. The Aristotle letter is a known medieval forgery, only famous because Dante mentions it.
