Hurricanes and divine intervention

Q: (L) Were there any technological factors that could explain Hurricane Helene’s unusual behavior such as its strength while inland and in mountainous regions?
A: Not much though seeding was employed.
Q: (L) Were environmental factors involved in the unusual behavior?
A: Just the general Earth sickness. Consider all similar recent similar [sic] events.
Q: (L) So in other words, things like all the flooding in all the other places, so that what was going on in North Carolina was just the U.S. getting some of what everybody else was getting? […]
A: Yes.
Q: (Andromeda) Monsoons. (Joe) Is this flooding we’ve had over several years, really, that we document every month on our Earth Changes videos, and they’re pretty much dominated by floods and all that kind of thing, massive rainfall... Is this the manifestation of what they said years ago about the belt or the band of great precipitation, which is kind of like the monsoon belt around there, moving further north? [See 1998-5-9.] Is that causing a lot of this flooding?
A: Exactly. And that is precursor to the arrival of colder times.
Q: (Joe) I mean they pretty much said years ago that’s what would happen. It’s global warming and it’s not man-made. It’s part of cycle global warming in the northern hemisphere and this band of rain tends to move towards the warmer oceans and the warmer part of the hemisphere. So it tends to move north and you get a lot more precipitation all around a band all around the northern hemisphere, further north into North Africa, into Europe – not uniformly, but spots here and there – massive downpours. And then eventually that falls as snow around the pole at the Arctic region, which then causes a glacial rebound. (Joe) Colder times like this winter?
A: Wait and see. Good that you had insulation installed!
Q: (Scottie) I wasn’t kidding when I said we always do things just in time. [laughter] So it wasn’t a coincidence that we got our attic super insulated yesterday. That means this winter will be cold. (Joe) That’s why I thought of it. It was my idea.
Q: (Ellipse) What is the approximate number of fatalities due to Hurricane Helene?
A: 2600 approximately.
The official death toll currently stands at 232, including 101 in North Carolina with 7 people unaccounted for.
Q: (Niall) That would make it into the top five worst hurricanes ever - worse than Katrina. [It’s currently the fifth-most damaging hurricane in terms of cost, at $87.9 billion in damages.] (L) Thing is, when it hit up in the mountains, it wasn’t really a hurricane exactly. It was just freaking... (Niall) A monsoon. A deluge. (L) Yeah, a deluge. I mean, because by the time it crosses... (Andromeda) Nobody expected it. (L) ...crosses that much land, it loses its hurricane force. Well, I mean, they start to lose their hurricane force when they approach land. (Joe) When they said that some “seeding” was involved for that hurricane, was that a seeding of the hurricane in terms of the strength of the hurricane?
A: Not exactly. Both recent hurricanes were not as strong in terms of wind strength as reported.
Q: (Joe) Right. So, Hurricane Helene was a relatively normal or even low-grade hurricane that passed over Florida, but then dumped all this rain on North Carolina, which is to do with the loading of the atmosphere with a lot of water, which is for other reasons. But Hurricane Milton, what freaked everybody out was that it strengthened from a category 1 to category 5 in a day, more or less, and everyone’s like, “Oh my God!” and meteorologists were crying and stuff. [laughter] But then as I watched it go across, it actually arrived on land actually as a Category 1 storm. But anyway, what kind of technology was used there for seeding? Rain seeding?
A: Yes.
Q: (Joe) And that was involved in both of them?
A: Yes.
Q: (Joe) So that kind of helped along the rainfall type thing?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) So they really want floods. They want to destroy stuff and disrupt everything?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) (Approaching Infinity) In 1995 you said: “Q: (L) What level beings arrange divine intervention? A: 4th through 7th.” Does this mean that it can be any of those levels?
A: Yes.
Q: (Approaching Infinity) ...or does divine intervention come from all those levels in concert?
A: Not necessarily.
Q: (Approaching Infinity) I have in mind the Trump divine intervention, which was ascribed to his higher self, powered by mass prayers, and how that fits into the picture above. For example, does that mean this was an example of 6D intervention?
A: No.
Q: (L) So it was basically 4D to 5D and energy added by people?
A: Yes.
It would be interesting to know if the assassination attempts of these historical characters could also be considered “divine interventions” 4-5 SAO-SAS or 6 density...
